I come to this wawa all the time and never have a problem until yesterday. They give out this little survey card and if you take it you get a free coffee or a beverage so I take the survey and when I went up to get my free coffee I showed the lady the thing that they email you to get your free drink and she was real rude and mad and didnt honor it. this was around 3:10 p.m. August 11th 2017 I forget her name but it was a lady cashier and she was real rude and ignorant now I love coming to this Wawa because everyone is so nice and like I said thats this is the first time I ever had a problem there but she wasnt the boss and she had no say so she should have honored it. I always take the surveys to get because I want to give them a good review and the Lady Mary always hands me theyll serve a card and I always take it for her because shes really nice but when that other lady made me feel the way I did yesterday and not honored it.she made this Wawa get a bad review .so next time she should be really nice because I spend a lot of money in this Wawa everyday or otherwise Ill go to a different Wawa spend my money and give them a good review.

This one employee a African American young lady with braids is one of the sandwich makers and she is the best one they have working there she gets my order perfect every time. The other employees are very accommodating dnd polite just great service all around.

I have yet to see a WAWA that did more than what is legally required for someone in a wheelchair. They do not want them slowing down the cash flow in my opinion.
