I ordered two things. I ordered a Quesalupa with now sour cream, and a cheesy gordita crunch with no sour cream. The first time I ordered them both of them came to me with sour cream and I had to turn my car around and go back and ask them to remake it. They did remake it but not without any apology about the messed up order. But then when I got my food again the gordita crunch had sour cream on it still. I go inside and tell them listen how do you mess up the remake order when all I want is no sour cream. They remade it again insisting that I was wrong in the process and saying that that was just a special sauce and not actually sour cream. It was pure white, tasted like sour cream, it was very obviously sour cream and they just didnt want to own up to their mistakes. And they never apologized the second time around either and in fact I feel like they did it on purpose the second time. Because the men in the back were laughing their asses off when I walked in. I like Taco Bell but I will never come back to this one. Ive never had such horrible service in my life.

Today I had the worst experience Ive ever had at a dining establishment. I waited over ten minutes for a simple order of one burrito and one double decker taco. As I waited dor my food I witnessed numerous employees bickering back and forth including the shift manager. When I opened my double decker taco.. It was not what I ordered.. I went to the counter to have them remake my order.. I waited another five minutes to be rudely told by the manager that it was my fault for ordering wrong. I gave them the food back and left in disbelif.. I will never eat at this establishment as long as this current staff is employed. Completely unprofessional.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. Why ? Because they get an attitude when you say you dont want anything on your food. They criticize customers and their orders as they did with my order. I asked for no tomatoes and no sour cream and I overheard two of the employees saying that I need those things and they started laughing. This lowered my self esteem and Im not going to waste my money there anymore. Those employees threw off my whole Taco Bell mood and its not once they did this. They have done this many times before and Im sick of it . Very bad place I dont like it .

Giving this for stars because I love Taco Bell so much. I do like how they have happy hour specials if youre between those certain hours it is the best deal of a lifetime. Drive-thru is always quick never a problem and ladies at the window are the best. Now, when you go inside to eat it takes forever. Doing things with small children this can be an issue. One time we waited 30 minutes another time we waited 15 minutes. I would suggest going through the drive-thru then going in to eat as you will get your food faster. Newly updated and nice inside. Tables outside for a nice day :)

We come here for lunch or dinner at least once a week. Their food and service is almost always spot-on. Ive had a few instances where my order was incorrect (usually a missing item or two), but otherwise Ive had nothing but good experiences here. After the remodel of the building, it looks great and they keep the indoor dining area pretty clean.

Eat here a lot. My only gripe is one day I told the manager the price is wrong from menu to receipt and she apologized perfusly. Came back next day same issue still happened and the cashier looked at me like I had 3 heads when I brought it up and proceeded to nothing about it, not even tell someone.

Messed up my order big time didnt see it til i got home and they didnt give receipt so i cant go back and tell thrm they messed up and i paid money for food i didnt want. Very unhappy it will be awhile b4 i go back there. Too many ppl standing around instead of making sure the orders were right.

The people there are very friendly. They put my orders together very fast and always offer help (such as whether you need a cup carrier or something else). I always love what I order (usually the same each time) so I cant really say if all the food is good but mine is!!

Sat in the drive through line for like 20 min. Just to place my order. If they were smart they would have the dine in area open till 12. Its just ridiculous. Plus the workers dont really care about you or your order. Not happy at all.

Completely ridiculous, waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. If you know you are swamped at 1045 why wouldnt you have faster employees working, or atleast more working. Totally freaking ridiculous having to wait so long for fast food

Ive had better luck here recently than I had in the past. The drive through has been pleasant enough, though I have waited a bit, which I dont mind terribly. Hopefully this is indicative of a turnaround. Changed from 1 star to 3.

Every time I go to this taco bell they get my order right. Its not an easy order either cause Im vegan. 2 crunch raps no meat sub bean, no cheese, no sour cream, and add guacamole. And the drive threw is fast.

Food is solid, clean restaurant, nice staff, but man do they struggle getting my order correct. I think 1 out of every 5 times its wrong. Beef instead of steak, forgot to remove the sour cream, etc.
