If there were ever a suicide enduced from karaoke, it might happen here. I dont know why, but I hate karaoke. I think it automatically knocks two stars off any place. Worse is when nobody cares that it is going on, but the host just sits there and sings the songs. Not being mean, but it just makes me a tad bit crazy. Oh, the food was fine. Fries seemed to.be delicious. Good ketchup. Good turkey clubs. Not sure about the rest. I am about to slip myself a roofy to escape this scene. Oh wait, I can just leave...

Get the sweet potato waffle fries with honey chipotle ranch dipping sauce! Now that thats out of the way... the food is always excellent, its moderately priced, and it has a nice small town bar atmosphere. No nightly specials, sadly, and the wings are a tad pricey for my "wing night" preferences, but they are so tasty! Big burgers and sandwiches. HUGE salads served in a bucket with meats. Friendly staff, good bargain for portions, overall a wonderful place. Well be coming back, fersure.

Damn I dont know what everyone is complaining about! This is my favorite restaurant! The staff is friendly, the food is outstanding, and the prices are unbelievable. (if you complain about the value here I think you put your meal on layaway.) This place doesnt look the greatest, but who the hell cares!!!! I love this place dont listen to these crap reviews below me! The best place to eat in ephrata!!!

I have been going to the Hill for 8 years. Im the last 6 months I havent enjoyed my food. We had burnt me trans spring rolls. Who could do that. The burger two weeks ago was a frozen pre cooked charred before on a bun to get soggy. Wings are good. French fries are good. Drinks are great only Friday nights courtesy of Marsha. Other days stick to beer.

The loaded burger was tasty, and the Thai dish was quite good, fresh lettuce and no bag preservatives like you get in many restaurants. Service good but poor beer selection unless you like domestics and an average offering like chain restaurants. The decor was interesting, had the entire room wrapped in wrapping paper for Christmas.

Excellent wings. A decent beer selection but in my opinion I would rotate some every now and then for a new one. The owner, John, is probably the best bar owner in Ephrata. As far as the clientele it is hit or miss. Sometimes very cool sometimes not so much. Bacon cheese fries are awesome but get them without the chili on them.

A great neighborhood joint! The place is always packed with locals and the occasional tourist venturing across the street from the Hampton. The food is delicious & servers are always on top of things.... ie - your beverage glass of choice will only be empty if you want it to be!!

Its a local watering hole with friendly staff and above average pub food. The draft beer selection is eclectic despite having "only" about 8 taps, but the place has a nice, old-school feel with wood paneled walls and just a warm, cozy vibe.
