Worst experience Ive had here ever!! Walk in to be seated waitress were to busy standing around talking about non business stuff. For a good 2 minutes then finally noticed we were standing there: then waiting for about 10 minutes for our check and box to go. Have like no workers... also another lady was sitting a good 5 minutes to even get a drink there were 2!!! 2 tables that already were servered .

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite in the Ephrata area. Recently I ordered a pizza and it was delivered with NO PIZZA SAUCE. Thinking that this was a simple mistake, the manager was quite haute when I requested another pizza. .I,at another time, order another pizza and it had NO SAUCE. .I will not order another. Too bad.

I was told pizza hut closes at 8:00pm, and the webpage said 10:00 which confused me, so i called to clarify (I later realized i looked up the pizza hut in the wrong city) nonetheless, the employee who answered the phone was unnecessarily RUDE, and hung up on me! Love the pizza, not the treatment. :/

The pizza was very thin and extremely greasy. So greasy that the bottom of the pizza was wet with it. We ordered a stuffed-crust pan pizza with half pepperoni. I think it was the pepperoni that made it so greasy.

Refuse to accept cards over the phone, and messed up the order after I drove 15 minutes back home and to the resultant. Very inexperienced manager and regard you use another Pizza Hut as your main choice.
