We ordered from Brothers for the first time tonight at 7:30pm and were told our food would arrive in 25 minutes. So, naturally after an hour passed and no food, we called to see what the deal was. We like to give people the benefit of doubt thinking maybe the guy got lost? Nope. When we called, a man answered stating our order has JUST come out of the oven. Bear in mind that our order merely consisted of a small plain cheese pizza and wings, so it shouldnt take an hour to make. The guy on the phone apologized, but not without attitude and told us the order would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. 25 minutes pass and our food just arrived. To recap, thats an hour and 25 minutes that we waited for our food. The delivery guy seemed nice, but defensive when approached with why the order took so long. He stated that they "arent allowed" to quote 25 minutes on an order, they should have quoted 45-60 minutes. While this is all well and good, our order STILL took an hour and 25 minutes to arrive, so regardless of the permitted quoted arrival time, it still was incredibly late. The delivery guy was then asked who the owner is, then went on to say that the owner is out of town until tomorrow. I am sad to say that Mr. Brill clearly cannot trust his business in the hands of whomever was left in charge tonight, but he will most definitely be hearing from us in the near future. The food is sub par and overly salted, but honestly, after waiting for so long I am so unbelievably hungry Ill eat anything. For the record, Brothers pizza, its never a good idea to make a pregnant lady wait such a ridiculous amount of time for food. So sad.

Brothers Pizza, 256 S. Market St., Elizabethtown, March 2. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. Quat strips are needed. A utility sink or curbed cleaning facility with a floor drain is not provided in the food facility. Door gaskets on refrigeration units are damaged and are not cleanable. The following surfaces are not clean to site and touch: Exterior surfaces on mixer, oil/food splattering on wall in prep area and grease/old food between fryer and grill areas.

Phoned in the order without a menu. The lady that took the order was very patient and described several items. In the end I got her to create a new item: steak, peppers, onions, and cheese. Picked up pizza in short order, took it home and was not disappointed. The cost wasnt cheap, but seemed to be in line with premium pizzas. The only issue I had was of the smell when I walked in, kind of like old grease. Service 5 star, atmosphere 1 star, value 3 star, food quality 4 star. These are not equally weighted, so I gave 4 stars overall.

I called at 10:20pm on Tuesday January 3 to place an order for a large cheeseburger sub. I was told no because the flat top got turned off and cleaned at 10:15. Theyre open until 11. I cook for a living and know that it only takes about 9 minutes to complete this order. It is bad business to say you are open until a certain time but only offer certain items WITHOUT saying so on your website. To me that seems like they dont care about business. I will NEVER go there again. They arent near as good as they used to be, years ago.

Not from around here we called 15 min before closing the man running the place said pizzas would be ready in ten. We showed up 5min late and he was still there waiting on me to show up. He was a very respectful man he didnt act like it was a inconvenience for him. Not sure what his name was but he closed on the 25 of June and if he was the one that prepared the pizza and cooked it he did a great job it was the best pizza my family and I have ever ate. Thanks for the good service and food.

Im going to agree with an earlier reviewer on this one and say that the customer service is lacking. The food while not bad, is average, and you can spend your hard earned dollar elsewhere. Im sure this is a convenient place for some, but there are better pizza options in and around E-town Its only one opinion....but a good one

I dont usually go into the restaurant, I always have my food delivered. Most of the food I have gotten is good. The new wraps rock. The only problem I have is the amount of time it takes for delivery, I live less than 5 miles away, and earliest I get my food is an hour.

Best pizza in the area as of 2017, always tastes super fresh and is affordable. The club style wraps are also very good! We drive into town so I cannot comment on delivery, but I see the delivery guy hustling in and out on Friday nights. Staff is always very friendly.

I enjoy the low-key hometown feel of the restaurant. Ive only dined in, so I cant speak to the delivery experience, but Im always very happy. I highly recommend the slameroni!!!

They have the biggest karge subs Ive ever seen! Very good too! And the sub rolls are the best. They are not homemade pizza dough rolls.

Food is always good, I live less than 2 miles away and always takes at least an hour for deliveries even if its just a cold sandwich

Cheesesteaks in real Philly style rolls!!! Not the pizza dough crap most Central PA pizzerias offer. Definitely good cheesesteaks.
