I ordered fried dumplings and the guy went in the back came out an started to make them fresh and I was watching him he than came to the counter took another order touched money and than went back to continue making the dumplings with no gloves! No washing his hands I told him to stop making it and to give my money back he said no refunds so I left ! Dont go there I tell everyone to go to panda kitchen on main or to go to china star across from rite aid on Courtland so much better tasting too and they are clean!

S/O to this place for being the only place open and delivering a few weeks ago when it snowed really bad up here and us college kids were starving! The food is pretty good, no complaints. My friends and I order from here a lot and we havent had any complaint about the food. Only coomplaint is the delivery time, they take forever (45mins-1hour) to deliver sometimes so do not order when you are starving and expecting your food right away.

The General Tsos is not bad. However, Consistently. Their boneless spare ribs are rock-hard, and they dont taste very good... I have to tear at them to eat them. Their fried and white rice both came kinda hard last order. As if they keep rice in the cooker too long. One of my entrees was cold, too. I had to heat it back up when I got it.

Once i ordered lemon chicken got it home and half of the chicken was deep fried dough.I called them & told them what was wrong they said, no refund.so i stopped going there & tell my friends. Then one time i ordered paid the girl when my order was ready they tried to charge me again the girl was gone. What a place!!

HORRENDOUS customer service. Would not travel 1.5 miles away to a community strictly because he said the people were "irritating". ?????? I ordered my food like a normal person, gave him my address and he says oh we dont go there because people are irritating. Its 2pm on a Monday. His loss not mine.
