The service all deserve a raise. They have to tolerate drunken men that are little more than loud toddlers all night. They are quick, follow directions, and have a great attitude. The food complements the service and the prices (on Tuesday and Thursday) complement the food. However the atmosphere does suck a bit if you arent a sports fan. I feel if they dialed back slightly on the near-deafening volume of the tvs so I could hear my friends speak, thatd be a substantial improvement. Because what that does is ratchet up the speaking volume of EVERYBODY. If everyone has to talk over the roar of the speakers its like a zoo. But, thats why I usually get takeout. And there too, the staff, food, and prices are excellent. Could not ask for a higher quality experience, noise and atmosphere excluded.

Came to grab a snack at the bar between work meetings. As soon as I ordered a non-alcoholic drink instead of a beer service became slow and just miserable. Normally Id have had a beer, but I was in the middle of work. Not happening. Wouldnt have affected the tip, but I was sure treated as if it was going to. Anyhow, half an hour later, I had finally received my order: incorrect sauce, fewer wings than advertised, without sides requested, and cold. Never got a refill on my drink. Waited so long for my check I almost had to leave without paying so as not to be late for my next meeting. Meanwhile, the rest of the bar was being served and chatted up constantly. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had anywhere; I do not plan on looking up Buffalo Wild Wings when I travel in the future.

Was looking forward to checking this place out but left disappointed. The service was slow despite the place being no where near full. There were three to four ladies standing and talking at the hostess station the entire time we were there and yet it took 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks. The burger that one in our party of three ordered was good but their signature items(traditional and boneless wings) were not. The sauce on my traditional wings was flavorful but the wings were undercooked and only warm when brought to the table. I ordered the snack size which consisted of five wings. Overpriced in my opinion for what you get. I would have been much happier at P.J. Welihans across the way. Much better service, food, and beer selection.

As a first time to the large franchised chain that is Buffalo Wild Wings I found myself even more pleasantly surprised than I thought I would be. At the time of our arrival we were seated right away for a fairly busy night and our waiter was more than accommodating. In a timely manner we received our beverages, appetizers, and entrees fast and still warm. The prices were ok, and the food was amazing. The way the menu is placed out is a bit disfiguring at first glance but other than that they have a wide variety and a fun, upbeat atmosphere with big screen TVs and different sports games going on simultaneously. Would most definitely go there again, enjoying the service and feel to come. You wont be sorry!

This place rocks, great beer selection, great food, amazing wings. its my favorite restaurant but they do need to change 2 things: The boneless wings arent very good, and they dont give you enough blue cheese (They charge extra when you ask for more). I ordered 24 wings takeout once and the wings were great as always but they gave us 1 tiny cup of blue cheese for 24 wings. I didnt realize it until I got home so I had to drive to the supermarket to buy blue cheese. Other than that, this place is awesome.

Our waiter was fast and friendly and our food came out quickly, but our boneless wings were cold, stale and tasted freezer burnt. They miss counted our friends wings by almost half (which tasted stale and freezer burnt) and had to make new ones. The difference between our wings and our friends wings that got replaced was huge and a disappointment. Wish they could have given us fresh wings from the start. Not to mention it wasnt busy at all so they should have easily been able to serve fresh wings.

I ordered wings the hot once but they are not really hot for the first time but they were good when i ordered them second time around. we were having nice time until the server refused us the drinks with out any proper reason. The reason they gave was we cannot have more than 24 drinks on a table. i dont think that was valid reason to deny us our drinks. I was disappointed and embarrassed and not going to go there again.

This was my first time to a Buffalo Wild Wings and it was a really positive experience. Wings were really good, including their limited time Strawberry Siracha. The Mango Habanero was one of the hottest of those flavors that Ive had - Im a fan! Great relaxed atmosphere with really nice staff. Pricing was about what youd expect, but the kids meals were an absolute deal! Ill definitely be heading back.

Overpriced, but I suppose you have to with the overhead. Online ordering works... sometimes. Nice place though. Good crew. They had my order right 2 out of three times. I never order the boneless considering the amount of food processing. Something akin to a notch better than McNuggets if you like that sort of thing. Check your carryout order BEFORE you leave.

The first time we went here we enjoyed ourselves despite sitting on the patio and the lights ended up not working. Last night, the wings were stale, the server was...horrible....and they brought my kids food out incorrectly then took an additional 30 minutes to bring our more stale food. Needless to say, we wont be returning.

Was not excited about the loudness of the place. I guess its just not my thing. But it was too loud to converse the order with the waiter. Then the food came out on trays you get with carnival fries. Then paid over $15 for a dozen wings and a small order of fries. Seems a bit steep to me anyway. The food itself was good.

I love wings. And Ive been to a bunch of places (chain and local) around the area, and BDubs always seems to have the best wings. A million sauce options, and they even sell bottled sauce! In the 10 or 12 times Ive eaten in (or even ordered out), Ive never had a bad experience, and will continue to visit this location.

Yes the wings are no joke the best Ive ever had. ya you might get an occaisional to much breading on one. But the chicken is freshest ever and the celery sticks are like they grow them in the back kitchen. I easily ate 20 wings wanting more and more. Best ever. Price.. ehh not cheap..but ok

Boneless Thursdays are great! However, the waitresses need more practice. Messing up orders and forgetting food, then not apologizing for their mistakes. They are lucky I am a patient repeating customer, otherwise complaints would have been filed to the mangers.

My first visit to this Buffalo wild wings. Waiter was courteous, fast, & accurate. Food was better than average but costly. Too loud!!! Rousey fight was later on but was there well before that. Not really my kind of place. Noise drowns out everything else.
