I used to live in Pittsburg so I have been to the original Restaurant, multiple times on numerous different occasions. They would be ashamed to have this place open and operating under their name. The food is always over-cooked, the French fries are always soggy and taste more like grease than fries. Out of the 6 times Ive been here I have NEVER had a meal that was even half decent to eat. The meat is always more fat than actual meat. A lot of the products that get fried always taste like grease like they have been using the same grease since they opened (which I dont doubt it) Every time I come here the waitresses tend to be a little too over flirty with your husband, Completely inappropriate. This was my 6th and LAST time here and just another outstandingly terrible meal. If you want to avoid it, go elsewhere. Actually I would just avoid the whole Scranton area, its the crappiest place with the crappiest restaurants and majority of the people are just incompetent because they have never been taught better. To think, this used to be one of the "better" restaurants in the area....

Family of 4 dining for lunch on a week day: They were not dead but not packed. Unlike trying to dine on a Friday or Saturday evening where they are packed with a waiting list. They have a good kids menu with reasonable pricing. We had a male server and his service was exceptional (and was refreshing, as we dont often seem to have positive service experiences in the area.) The food was decent. Ordered 3 meals: 1- Kids chicken strips with fries were excellent. 2- Pistrami Sandwich (hot, not cold) with slaw on the side. The meat was tasty. The negative point on this one is that the bread was cold, like out of the fridge cold. Which is odd. The slaw was different than any weve had. Not our preference. 3- Breaded Chicken Sandwich- it was an average chicken sandwich. Portion sizes are pretty large, you shouldnt leave hungry, especially the kids.

I dont normally write reviews, but I feel very compelled to let everyone know my thoughts. I finally went to Primanti Brothers today. After 5 long years of looking forward to this day, it came true. They built a location in Dickson City and we took the 45 minute trip. I went in asking for the most authentic experience I could get. The waitress said the pastrami with an egg was the signature sandwich. I ordered it! To my surprise, this was the most bland sandwich I have ever had. Just to make sure it wasnt a bad choice of sandwich, I took a bite of my wifes turkey. It was every bit as bland as mine. For anyone out there looking forward to this sandwich, experience, etc... know that my leftovers will be making their way into the garbage. Sorry, but Jersey Mikes makes a 100 times better sandwich! Local sandwich shops the same!

We were seated and greeted by our waiter promptly. He answered all of our questions and was very prompt when getting our food and drinks to us. I was not pleased with my pastrami sandwich, though it was no fault of the restaurant. (just wasnt what I wanted after all). Turns out, what my fiance ordered was so much better! He got the buffalo chicken sandwich and an order of wings, and we are hard to please with both of those items but they were great! I ended up eating some of the wing and sandwich! Our waiter, once again was there when we needed something yet didnt bug us. We havent had great service like that in a long time! I hope we will come back this weekend! And the prices were very reasonable!

Service was horrible. The waitress was more interested in chatting with her friends at the next table. Between waiting for the and to go containers we were there an hour and a half. That was a salad a pizza and a hot dog with fries for our little one. When we asked for to go containers we were give one foam container for an entire tray of pizza. I asked for a pizza box to which she said they dont have any. Find it odd they sell a tray of pizza but nothing to put it in. I asked her for more containers and she responded with it looked like we just needed one more. Silly me everyone likes their pizza slices stacked on top of one another in a foam container. Never again.

Horrible service. They messed up my fries and brought me new ones and the new ones were not what I ask for. Eventually they got it right on the third try. My girlfriend asked for extra crispy fries and they came out extra soggy. Then the bill at the end of the meal was more than what I actually ordered so I had to ask them to fix it. Also I requested an egg on my burger and I dont even know if I can say I had an egg on my burger because it was a tiny fried egg I could barely taste it. Im never coming here again. I can understand if they mesed one thing up but there were more than a few issues.

The atmosphere is really cool especially with the TVs everywhere, but the food is so domesticated and the wait staff were not the best. For example, the waitress wasnt really personable and this was the second time that we had this experience. we didnt experience that one-on-one feeling with the waitress getting to know their customers its just kind of a disappointment. The only time we saw our waitress is when she took our order and cleaned up the table to bring answer check. We would have liked to have extra napkins or have our drinks refilled she didnt even check up on us.

BLT tots are amazing... sandwiches.....not so much. My wife liked her coleslaw I did not.. she also did not get fries on her sandwich.. I should have done the same. I got the turkey breast sandwich and my wife got the corned beef sandwich. It could of been better French fries were soggy. All that being said our waitress was wonderfull. Extremely attentive and eager to please. We will go back to try something else..... but that may be the final time.

Interesting setting and a different type of food for this area. Ive been to Primanti Bros before and this one is about on par with my previous visit. The service was pretty quick even for a busy Friday night. Food came out fast and our waiter was on top of things the entire night. Atmosphere is more open and a little different than other restaurants in the area, so youll definitely be able to mix things up with Primanti Bros.

Stopped in for Happy hour. Was seated fast but ignored by wait staff for 25 minutes . Not a big deal in a packed spot but customers seated after us had their orders taken. Jenniffer saw our plight and took our order. THE BEER THE BEER! Huge mugs of beer for $2.13 served ice cold. The food was enjoyable and we left full. We will be returning. Larry and Marge.

Worst service Ive had in years. Took us 30 minutes to get food, and then we waited 30 minutes just to FIND the girl to get the check so we just left an approximation and left. There were 7 college girls that worked there just eating their lives away while our waitress slaved away. Terribly ran establishment. WE WERE ONLY 1 OF 3 TABLES IN THE RESTAURANT.
