I used Amy for the last 2 of my daughters birthday cakes. The last one to be honest was so not even close to the picture I had sent as a reference that I wasnt happy at all (there was no detail... she basically slapped some shapes on white fondant), but this year... between running 2 business and being a busy mom I literally didnt have time to find a new baker... so we used her again. Amys communication stinks. You have to email her several times or leave various messages before she gets back to you. I think she thinks shes "big-time" or something.... Its a joke.... Anyway, I emailed her a few days ago and had to leave a voicemail this morning asking what time to pick up our daughters cake. In other words, I wanted to see what time she opened. She finally emails me back basically saying that she was running late with her orders and deliveries for today that our daughters birthday cake will be ready at either 3pm or 4:30pm.....So basically my husband would have to leave her party, to drive in rush hour on Rt.22 to pick up her cake. Any baker thats worth anything has their order ready the morning of. Weve picked up our previous cakes from her at 9am. Heres her email to me.... THE DAY BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY.... "Unfortunately because of my full weekend schedule of weddings I had no time to work on the cake yet. My cleaning crew is here until 10:30 tomorrow morning so I wouldnt have been able to start on it until after that. I;m not sure where this leaves us.." When I asked her why she couldnt start on the cake this afternoon and I would drive out tonight to get it... anything... so long as my only daughter has her birthday cake (that was booked WEEKS in advance, by the way) her reply was.... "I had plans to take my children to the hockey game. Even if I cancel my plans with them to work on the cake I will still not be able to get into the shop tomorrow until 11 oclock because of the cleaning crew." She also went on to say.... "Ive thought about it and Im not going to disappoint my children but canceling this trip with them, as this is one of the only days a week I get to spend with them." Its completely baffling how her logic seems to work, never mind that weird excuse about a "cleaning crew" being there until almost 11am. Basically she overbooked herself and threw my daughters cake in the back of her list of things to do. A hockey game is more important than her obligations for a childs birthday, she committed to doing weeks ago. PLEASE BEWARE MOMMIES & BRIDES-TO-BE!!!!!!! ANYONE WHO FLAKES OUT LIKE THIS CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO HAVE YOUR CAKE THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT. DONT GO THROUGH WHAT IM GOING THROUGH NOW. I am sooooo unbelievably shocked at how she handled this that I am making it my mission to spread the word to every single person I know and through every available social media outlet available. She wont do this to another Mom if I can help it. Please feel free to message me as I have the full emails if youd like to read. DONT TRUST HER! DONT BOOK HER! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Either way her cakes werent all that to begin with. Keep up your search for a better baker!

In our consultation with Amy, she provided a great selection of sample cake and icings as well as an enormous book of designs to look through. She helped us choose a design that fit perfectly with every other element of our wedding, and made us a beautiful cake that was DELICIOUS! We cant wait to have our anniversary cake next month (which she had boxed & labeled for us when she dropped off the cake). We met with several bakers in the Lehigh Valley before we went to Cozze Cakes, and she just blew us away. Cant recommend her highly enough!

It was a cake for my granddaughters 3 rd birthday. It was absolutely beautiful! And tasted just as good. Amy worked well with my daughter n law and did everything she wanted. Our family will definitely have Amy make all our future cakes.

This cake was to die for!! It was perfect, came exactly as I ordered and disappeared too quickly! I got chocolate with mocha filling, white with key lime and white with raspberry covered in buttercream frosting.
