Very very unfortunate. I have frequented this diner often usually for breakfast . It has become part of a tradition to take my son before he returns to college after each break . Today we go in ask if it was ok to sit at a table we say yes, we are there for 15 minutes with NO acknowledge from Anyone! 2 more customers come are seated and orders taken immediately ! We are still not taken care of! We decide to just leave .I tell the girl at the counter how disappointed we are and she says well they cant see you last the partition !!! Really thats your answer!!! No attempt to aoogize or make things right!! Dont think I will be going back....very bad business model... Customer should always be right !!!

My mom recommended this place because they offer decent food at reasonable prices. I just came home from a wonderful breakfast. Today is Mothers day. It was crowded and we did have to wait for a table. However, we were seated in 15 minutes. We had several servers tend to us. My guess, this is a good way to accomodate everyones needs on a busy day. We never waited long for anything despite how crowded it was. My french toast was the best I have had in years. My picky 3 year old loved her pancakes. The diner is tucked away in a small shopping center. This place is a best kept secret and has quickly become my favorite. Good, fresh, home made tasting meals. I will be coming back!

Can I give zero (0) stars for customer service? Called this morning around 7:30 as usual to pick up food in 15 minutes. It usually takes no more than 10. I wanted the daily Breakfast special. I told this to the woman who answered the phone. Her reply, "Hi. Im backed up with Take out". Can you call back at 8?" I hung up then deleted them from my phone. You dont treat customers like that. NEVER again...

I love onion rings and these were sooooo good - thin and super crispy! Bacon was fried hard and not skimpy, lobster bisque was great, waitress was really nice, food came quickly and prices are decent. A nice place!

The crab cakes are great filled with crab not fillers I took one home for my elderly neighbor and he said best crab cake he every had. Cant wait to go back.

Changes not for the better with new owners. Service and being seated is not what it was. Lazy hostess wont take you to a seat or give you a menu.
