This was the worst service i have ever had. My wife and i wanted to go on a nice date somewhere we have never been so we chose Ruby Tuesday.... which was a big mistake! The hostess told us it will be a 10 min wait and that was no problem so she wrote down my last name and we began waiting, and waiting, and waiting. We stood right in front the booth where she stood and i noticed her calling names that had just walked in. After 30 min i walked to the booth and looked @ the sheet and low and behold my name was scratched off the list. How does that happen? Her excuse was they got busy and made a mistake. My take on it is we are an Interacial couple and in this little town of Chambersburg, Pa. that is not welcome. That was our first and last time going to Ruby Tuesday

$10 for a boring ordinary cheese hamburger is too much. Just another chain restaurant that spends a lot on the "show" and that "show" shows up in the price. The staff and atmosphere are excellent, though. I just think they charge lot extra for that experience. And my experience was a view of the garbage can from where I sat.

This was by far the BEST dining experience Ive had in a long time! Our server was very helpful and considerate and the food was delicious! Best ribs in town! Alot of different menu options and a allergy menu (my son has a gluten allergy) and they were very knowledge about this. I highly recommend this ruby tuesday!

Great ! If what you see, is not clean. Then how clean is what you dont see? Restroom was spotless!! Waitress is a lovely young lady. So kind and efficient. Salad bar is best in America. Will stop every trip to the Great American South !!!

Pretty slow when we stopped in, but service seemed a bit slower than it should have been. Im not sure, but it seemed like the kitchen was the problem. Food was good though. Spoiler - No more cheddar biscuits. :-(

Nice easy lunch, stopped in on cross country trip. Food was good and lots of options, but the bacon cheeseburger was drowning in its own grease. Id advise steering clear of the burgers.

The steak sucked, half raw and fatty. The lettuce in the salad bar was brown. Would rather have eaten at McDonalds. The best part was I had a beer after a long day on the road.

First time eating here, food was ok fries were a little bit to salty mashed potatos were a little bit on the runny side, service was good server Tabitha did s fantastic job.
