It started off a very enjoyable evening. Sitting in the bar w/ friends drinking and waiting for the last couple to join us. Then it began to unwind, first the hostess told us that we would lose our reservation had the final couple not arrive w/in the next 3 minutes for we wolud be over the ten minute limit so we told her the eight of us who were there already would sit, but that wasnt allowed unless we ordered thier food for them. They arrived in time so we brushed that off and sat down for our dinner. Our waiter took our drink orders and then took our food order then we didnt see him until 45 minutes later. We asked him then why we hadnt received our appetizers and he said that was not his fault because the sushi apps come from the other side, excuse me. Then one of our friends asked for another drink order for us all and he told her too wait for 5 minutes cause he did;nt have the time. That was it, 50 minutes no apps, no drinks, and no apologies. All he had to say was sorry I am really busy Ill get someone to help me. But we got could you wait for 5 minutes. We were reassigned a new waitress who was much better than our waiter, but then our bills came and they were all screwed up. This was our 5th maybe 6th time there and usually the service is good, but this time was just horrific and to top it off the food has gone downhill. My noodles had no flavor, my fried rice for $3 was barely enough of it to satisfy a baby and my scallops were just plain bad. A1 Steakhouse in Emmaus is much much better.

First of all we sat down only to find food all over the floor from the previous people. We ordered our food waited. Chef came out and started with the rice not Horible still not that great we go soy sauce and it was so watered down it was like barely soy sauce. Next came out my shrimp they were not cleaned neither were my husbands you could still see the nasty brown goo in them. Plus when cooked it was like chewing gum. Then we got our filets they were chewy and bland they put nothing but garlic on their food no teriyaki or sauce just garlic. Then the service was non existent. The girl came over and we asked for the check and pretty much all the food was left on our plates, she said do you want a box we said no we just want to pay she said ok. Seriously you didnt think anything was wrong when 3 people leave all the food on their plates plus we had to hunt her down because like always they disappear for 45 mins. All in all its horrible for the price we go to Ichiban all the time and the price is more reasonable and the service and food are far superior to this dump. Save your money and your stomach and eat somewhere else.

I am sorry I had to give this low rating. When I arrived I sat at the bar! I was give a disgustingly filthy dinner menu and beverage menu that looked like drunk people ate all over, their were food stains and fingerprint stains all over. When my food arrived I open my napkin and it was filthy and looked like it had not seen a washing machine in days. Wait it gets better, I had trouble opening my chopsticks I asked the bartender for help, and he touched the end of the chopsticks where I would be eating, this is after he touched everything on the bar including wiping his hands all over his uniform. So, I politely asked for a box for my food, and he grabbed my plate. I said "its OK I will pack it myself", he said "No, I got it" rudely. When he came back I told him to keep it, if the menus and napkins are filthy I could only image what the kitchen looks like. Management needs to get on this asap, the board of health should be checking this place out. Good luck if you diner here, not recommended.

Awful service. We have eaten from Kome several times and the food has been fine. Ordered from it today and the service was more than awful. I dont normally write reviews but was so upset that I had to write one. My husband called in an order and the women who took our order seemed confused so my husband gave her a description of exactly what we wanted and we still received the wrong order. After getting home, we called back to check and see what happened with the order and they told us that we gave the wrong order!?! Instead of being apologetic, they made it seem like it was our fault that the wrong dishes were made. There is a menu online and if we read the name of the dish we want and the description so if you still cant get it right, then maybe you need to either write a better description or have someone who knows what they are doing take orders. They will never have my business again.

Ive been here many times for lunch and dinner. I think dinner is over priced so i usually like doing lunch. Their servers are nice. They take time to explain everything to you. Some of them or Japanese/Asian so they have a strong accent. But nevertheless they are still pleasant to deal with. The ambience is really nice. The restaurant is well furnished and has a very nice atmosphere. This place is also really good for large parties. They have large tables that can sit up to 16 people with 2 hibachi grills at each table. Their food is so good. My kids love coming here and you can order anything for adults and kids together. On top of the great food you get a show with it. Last but not least their drinks! I love every single drink options they have. My favorite one is the Lotus Blossom, its so light and fresh!

I came with some friends from work and the Hibachi was WONDERFUL!!! You have to ask for Mark, his show will leave everyone in your party impressed. It was Friday and we didnt have a reservation but the host managed to squeeze us in. He let us know it would be a bit of a wait for a chef but he gave us excellent appetizer suggestions and took care of us all night. Not sure if he was a manager or a host but Andrew did a great job making sure we had a good experience. Drinks were a bit pricey though. $11 martinis have no place in Lehigh Valley!! Just nitpicking..... you wont be disappointed if you go.

Very bad experience. 1st. Hostesses were rude and dismissive because we didnt have a reservation for their precious establishment. 2nd. Waitress was more than rude. She seemed bothered. 3rd. Food was mediocre at best. Bland. 4th. Prices way high considering mediocre quality of service and food. 5th. Extremely cold. How hard is is to make the temperature right? And Im not senile, Im only 34! 6th. To top it off, a very short dark hair in one of the popcorn shrimp!! Mmmmmm, delicious!!!

My husband and I have traveled all over being military and this place is one of our favorites. The afternoon/Lunch staff are so polite and they offer military discounts. The manager also came over to shake my husbands hand to thank him for his service. I love places that support our troops, are clean and modernized, and are also kind, considerate, and have amazing food to top it off. Thanks KOME, youve won dedicated customers for life.
