After reading a few other reviews, I can agree with many of them. I have consistently found a fair quality of food and a wide menu. However, that doesnt make this a 5 tar review or restaurant. With that in mind, of maybe 20 orders I have placed with them, not a single one arrived in under an hour and thirty minutes. I personally believe thats a far excessive wait time, and many times my food isnt that hot or fresh. The driver may not speak the English language, I am not sure, he doesnt answer any greetings, no hello, nothing. When I called for my most recent order I was put on hold for about 10 minutes before I could ask where my order is, which she couldnt find easily and had to spend a few minutes to locate it. At this time it was over an hour in my wait time for the order. After requesting that the driver call me before he leaves the store, he showed up banging on my door without calling. Which is fine, but this I believe was a simple instruction and request. I enjoy the food, but the overall services certainly needs some significant improvements.

As someone who works and has worked in the restaurant industry for quite some time I am appalled by the service here. I ordered some food online for me and my girlfriend, 2 orders of dumplings, 1 double cooked pork, 1 sweet and sour pork, and 1.5 pints of fried rice. The food wasnt bad but they screwed up my order I only received one dumpling and 1 pint of rice, they informed me of the dumpling situation and asked if I wanted to wait for another order. I had already been waiting for 25 minutes so I said no. When I got home I was surprised to see that I only had half the rice I ordered while it was only a dollar twentyfive I was still disappointed. So I called to inform them of their mistake and was quickly told I was wrong. All I was looking for was an apology. Like I said before I have worked in the industry for a while and customer service is key. There are plenty of other places to eat that are probably cheaper and have better service, to anyone reading this I suggest you not eat here and look elsewhere

This place is DISGUSTING!! My friend got FOOD POISONING from it and threw up all day!! She had to go to the hospital!! There food is sooo old and gross and they dont even care. The service is horrible and all they want is money. my family use to eat there twice a week and let me tell you, they will never see our faces again. I am making sure to tell everyone I know that eats at this place what to expect and discourage them from not going there anymore. This place needs to shut down before they kill someone.........

Absolutely awful! Ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half! I called to see what was taking so long and the woman on the phone was so rude, said they would be arriving any minute, but they didnt Come with the food for another half hour after that! When the delivery guy finally came, I said something to him and all he did was shrug his shoulders. Not to mention the food quality wasnt even worth it! Never ordering from them again.

Would not recommend- was in town visiting family and, since the flyer was on the table, decided to order takeout. Food does not come in traditional Chinese containers and portions seemed very small. We ordered for 10+ people and, after taking everything out, wondered where all the food was. Not very authentic taste, either. The "spicy" Kung Pao barely had any bite.

Do not hate this restaurant its the best place to have classic dishes to eat in or deliver. The food is great the staff take good care of you and the prices are great. Im sure if you try it you will keep going back.

This place rules for delivery. Ill give them a pretty decent size order and theyre at my house in less than 20 minutes. The food is always great too. Ive eaten in a few times too. Not a bad place for Chinese food.

Inexpensive and good Chinese with a full menu. Lunch special includes hot tea, soup or eggroll, and entree with fried rice for less than 6 bucks. Nice clean atmosphere. Takeout and delivery.
