The food is pretty good but the service is horrible. The employees never make you feel welcome when you come into the restaurant. The last time I ordered I asked for no onions. I drove home (about 15 min away) and discovered my shrimp fried rice was LOADED with onions. I called and told them, the lady said bring it back they will make another one. I informed her about how far I live and the inconvenience and she couldve cared less. Didnt offer even a free egg roll for the inconvenience, nothing! This time I ordered lemon chicken and it looked so disgusting, I kindly explained to her that I would not be eating the chicken because of how it was cooked. I explained that I would pay for the rest of the food, just not the lemon chicken. She gave me such an attitude and went on rudely telling me how its a waste of food and how I needed to pay for it. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be going back here. There are far better Chinese food restaurants in lansdale that value their customers and give top quality service. This is just not one of them.

I spent $60 at this place for diner as we just moved to the area. We googled for distance and I wish I would have went with better reviewed places. Free 2 liter with $35 purchase; its right on their menu. They argued me when it arrived that it was 3 dollars more because now it only applies to pick up only. I spent $60 and your holding a 2 liter hostage? She just screamed at me on the phone. Sweet and sour sauce had water in it??!! No egg roll with the combo (it doesnt come with? But your menu has it as a combo) Chow mei fun - fettuccine noodles Not a single packet of sauce in the bag Maybe if this place wasnt so busy trying to short change and save a dollar they wouldnt be giving out crap And delivery was over an hour. When have you ever know a Chinese place to take over an hour.

Golden Chopsticks is the only Chinese food restaurant I patronize in the Lansdale area. The food is consistently good, the prices are reasonable, the portions are more than adequate, and the staff are usually quite friendly. What more could one want? My only gripe is that delivery often takes a LONG time, even on slow nights or irregular times. Otherwise, no other place in the area has impressed me so much.

Consistently good. I usually get general tsos chicken and Singapore noodles with a few other dishes randomly. Most items are good that Ive tried. Very friendly lady at the counter. Definitely a good local Chinese food takeout place.
