One and done with this place. Would give 0 stars if it was an option, very disappointed. The staff needs customer service training and the food quality was poor. Also white table cloths and napkins do not represent the product provided. We ordered 1 appetizer which we received within the expected amount of time. However, when our sandwiches came out, 1 hour later, it was clear that some of them were sitting in the window. One burger was well done, one was very rare but not requested to be cooked that way, the chicken was hard and the meat in the cheese steak was dried out. The person who had the rare burger did not want to send it back since it took so long to get it. They were vomiting all night and missed work the next day. It was a high volume day, but there was no sight of management. Having been in the business, a manager normally visits the customers if they are running behind in the kitchen to at least apologize for the inconvenience and maybe offer to not charge for the appetizer. Had we known the food quality was going to be this poor, we would have saved 2 hrs and ordered take out for a better experience. Emailed management about our issue, did not receive a response. Called 48 hours later and explained what happened above. They made the excuse that it was an unusually busy day and challenged me when I stated my brother was ill from his burger. This just cemented our decision to not return.

The Bally is great as a bar and restaurant, but this review is for hosting an event there. This is perfect for a guest list of 50 or fewer, if your wedding is not going to be super-formal. The prices are VERY low, considering that you get great food (all of my guests raved about their meals, even the hard-to-please ones) and professional service. In all, it was a perfect night and we were so happy that the Bally let us throw an awesome party without going broke. Their flexibility and hospitality was much appreciated. They even put our names on the sign marquee, which was a nice touch.

The food is pretty good but the service is terrible. I have been there about 15 times and have always had poor/slow service. On the last occasion my husband and I went we sat at a table in thr bar for about 12 minutes. We never saw a waitress/waiter and no one brought us a menu. Not even the bartender who clearly saw us sitting there. We then got up to leave because we thought why bother giving them business if they dont care about there customers. Even when we walked out after waiting all that time and the bartender again clearly saw us she never said a word.

Love it!!! This is the first place ever that I ate gluten free pasta and it tasted great!! They have a large gluten free menu and I was very surprised when the waitress brought me bread and informed me it was gluten free! They informed us that gluten free pasta takes a little bit longer but we didnt wait long at all - we where still enjoying our drinks when the meal arrived. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Will return!! My hubby had the prime rib and he was very happy with that as well.

Was really saddened by the Saint Patricks Day Food... Went over expecting some really good corned beef and cabbage and was served about a half cup of cabbage with another half cup of dried up shredded corned beef and the real killer was CANNED Potatoes...How can you serve CANNED potatoes on Saint Pats?? Two servings with two beverages plus tip ran us $45.00 and we were very disappointed.. Service was good and so was the music but next year gonna skip this place for our dinner..sorry...

New Years Eve at the Hotel. Dinner was EXCLLENT. Service was OUTSTANDING! (Poor kid had to work on New Years Eve) Weve been doing this for several years and intend to continue in the foreseeable future. The only problem was being seated upstairs; There were 6 of us . and four of us were either too cold (when the heat shuts off) or too warm (when it comes back on). Next year we will be certain to double request downstairs when we make our reservations.

They messed up my food, Im lactose intolerant and they put cheese and ranch on my sandwich even though I asked for it not to be on. And when I picked up the take out there were 3 employees behind the bar and they all ignored us. I will not return, wouldnt recommend. I can tolerate one mistake but ignoring customers is so unprofessional. I work in food service and find this establishment appaling.

Ive eaten here many times with friends, with my wife and kids, solo. Every time I feel like family. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and Ive never been disappointed by anything Ive ordered. The wings are perfect, burgers amazing, entrées flawless. The atmosphere is fantastic. Its a gem of a place and I whole heartedly recommend it.

A. traditional old-fashioned Pennsylvania Inn with wonderful homemade soda bread and good simple food. I have seen reviews that complain about the slow service, but in fact, it is a family-owned restaurant and every one participates. Real food served by people who actually care about the business in a friendly atmosphere and not slow at all.

Ive been going here for years and it will alway be my favorite place. The food is decent and the wait staff are super pleasant. The bar area is comfortable and the bartenders all are wonderful. Once a year they have the "Wake" over St. Patricks week which is a specticle everyone needs to see.

I have come here many times but sadly I think they may have changed owners because my food and my familys food was just ok. They used to have an extensive gluten free menu but I dont see as much anymore.
