Normally never had a problem here, but I have also never been there at night. I waited at the drive through for several minutes- usually they prompt you when they are ready, otherwise one would assume they are helping someone else. When I finally asked hello, they said are you ready, I asked if they were waiting for me, they said yeah... (Grr). Okay, so I placed my order fresco (=no dairy) and no meat. Not only did they get my order wrong when I drove away from drive through, but I had to drive all the way back there to find he store doors locked and a long line in drive through. So I walk up to drive through, gave them back the food & explained my problem. They redid the order & said theyd give me a coupon for my inconvenience. The coupon was for some free beefy something or other. Nice one Taco Bell, super rude & thoughtless- at least the late shift folks

It was 7:10pm on Monday. Upon arriving I was greeted with a big smile and genuine welcome by what must have been the manger, later to find out his name was TOBY. After finding out we came for a item they no longer sold he graciously hooked us up with not one but two small alternative deserts with no charge. Food came all correctly in under 3 minutes. Upon notifying them that they were out of the amazing Baja blast which they have exclusive rights to TOBY let us know they were out and would hook us up with a a large frozen blue cotton candy drink that was out of this world. He profusely apologized and made great eye contact. Just when I think I can walk away from Taco Bell exceptional customer service, a clean location thats well lit and well staffed brings me back! I will be definitely be coming returning ! Well done.

This place was great when it first opened, having some of the best drive-thru service in what is dominantly a terrible service area on City Ave. No more though, and I definitely wont be going back after hearing the employees complain in the background about me getting food over the mic, not to mention the fact that the ignorant young lady at the register stared me and my girlfriend down like we had robbed her of the joy in her life, as well as not responding to any attempts at maintaining polite small-talk. I do not know what it is about the area but many of the fast-food workers at just about every store on the line despise their customers and do not hide this fact, regardless of how polite you might try to be to ease the situation.

I find the people who work here to be friendly... like more friendly than youd expect at a Taco Bell. Their food is okay, if you ignore the occasional "OMG, Dont eat the tomatoes at Taco Bell! They give you 37 diseases!!!" news stories. Speaking of stories, one time, when coming out of this taco bell, a gentleman in a motorized wheelchair approached me and asked if I wanted to buy any movies. He then proceeded to offer me to have a girl, also apparently without the use of her legs, according to him, come over to my apartment and "clean yo floors... I mean CLEAN YO FLOORS" for $20. I did not require cleaning services at the time, so I declined his offer.

If you want to wait forever for your food, go here. You could go to a sit-down restaurant and receive your food faster. Ive been there about 20 times throughout the past year, each time giving it another chance to be better and hoping the employees/management would get their act together, but Ive never spent less than 15 minutes there waiting for my food (both drive-thru and carry-out). How is this place still in business? It is the worst service I have ever received from a place that is supposed to be "fast food." Dont waste your time for unhealthy food, because youll really be wasting a lot of time.

Horrible staff whoever was working tonight 8/28/17... i ordered 2 nacho cheese chalupas and a doubledilla. The nacho cheese chalupas were assumed to be made with chicken when i didnt order that and no one asked me. The doubledilla wasnt what it was supposed to be at all either. So i went back to get the beef that shouldve came on the chalupas to get sour cream on it when i mustve said it at least 5 times i ordered nacho cheese chalupas... was like every fast food worker on city ave dropped on their heads or what? The service used to be good til this yr so idk what happened but you need better workers

I wish the food was piping hot but thats a personal review. My cashier was very bold, and Spunky! She makes Taco Bell on City Line Avenue look good and I do not even know her. The kitchen floor was clean, the manager seem to be on top of everything instead of yelling passively aggressively shoving demands on people. The atmosphere was very calming. The entire place was spotless. Keep up the great work Taco Bell up City Line Avenue

Worst staff ever !! They werent let me go to bathroom even after i told her its an emergency cause i have sugar problem but even after that she didnt let me go and gave me a silly excuse that theyre closing soon. Furthermore i ordered first and after me there was two customers with big orders still they got their stuff before me I must say this is the worst worst worst staff and place i have ever seen with full of dumb employees

This is the cleanest, yummiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. We made lots of custom requests to our orders all three times we have been here, and our orders have been exactly right every time. Not one problem or complaint about this location! The food was also very well made, everything fresh and warm and seemingly made with care. This is our go-to Taco Bell when were craving junk food now!

My first time trying breakfast...I was the only customer inside besides the guy who walked in while I was waiting for my food. Per their timer it took over 9mins and then they gave it to the guy behind me. They later apologized and gave me a free orange juice. Food was pretty good. I eat here almost once week...cant beat the price and its pretty fast. I have not been back for breakfast.

The food is typical Taco Bell. What is different about the new one recently relocated is the service. Went through the drive thru and could not have had a better experience. Girl that took my order & money was extremely polite. Has Lena S on my receipt as the cashier, was met with the same great attitude and was also extremely polite. I would go back for the service alone.

I went through the drive though and was impressed. I went supreme on a 12 pack and they really gave me my moneys worth. Produce was fresh plenty of sour cream and cheese. Quick service and they were patient with me being indecisive. Ive been to many taco bells and this place might be the best.

Terrible! Stopped there for the naked chalupa which is advertised all over tv right now and was told the promotion had ended. Blatant lie! Plus, the cold tacos we ended up purchasing were disgusting. This place gives Taco Bell a bad reputation.
