Gateway location - Used the drive through a few times now over the past few weeks and both times received the wrong order, didnt realize till got home with the orders. Pay attention to what you are handing out! Another thing - The first time a really rude older woman was at the window who kept complaining and frankly being rude about how the customer in front of me wasnt fluent in English and should have came inside to place her order. That may have been the case but complaining to the next customer only makes you look bad and that attitude only puts off customers. This last time was a young lady at the window and was pleasant but had wet hands and handed me my atm card and receipt all wet, not exactly professional or sanitary!

Food was exactly as you would expect from a chain restaurant, as well as the service. Good over-all, not spectacular, but reliable and comforting. What prompted me to write a review and rate 5 stars for this location was the shift manager Amanda. She was amazing! A line of cars probably 8 deep the whole time we were there and she owned that drive through all by herself, with a little smile and zero stress. There were 3 people working the counter having a little trouble (it was dinner rush) until Amanda came over and, with some gentle guidance, got the crew focused and on point again. If was an extreme pleasure to behold. Good job P.E. on hiring such an amazing leader! I know Amanda will go far in life.

Seriously, our favorite place to eat these days. Fresh and healthy and inexpensive. My son loves it. My wife loves it. I - um - wouldnt go near it for years, scarred by the yucky food sitting under the heat lights for who-knows-how-long at the Panda Express in the mall. Malls. But this is always fresh and delicious. Well, almost always. Highly recommended. I just choose whatever items have just come out of the wok.

The food made me sick, never eating at Panda again. I ordered general tso and teriyaki chicken with fried rice yesterday, 8 hours later I had diarrhea and horrible stomach pain and nausea. Im certain it was this place that caused it because its all I ate yesterday before I started feeling sick. Fortunately it didnt last long. There are a lot of better chinese places in Eugene, visit one of them instead.

Love panda express but Im really sad because while waiting for my food I saw the woman load up the two bowls before mine full of my orange chicken entree to where she had to have forced it closed) only to give me one scoop of the tiniest chicken bits. :( I get that it was near closing but she had all three bowls in front of her and did not evenly distribute the chicken whatsoever.

Usually good. Sometimes the counter people can be rude. Often run out of my favorite dishes and have to wait quite awhile. They try to push you to the end of the line to pay before the dishes are actually ready. Dont like that. Dont go during busy periods - although Im not sure when that would be.

This Panda Express is better than any Ive been to. The food is always fresh and the flavor is yummy. We drive 30 minutes just to eat there. Say hi to Colton, he is our favorite server. He remembers us every time.

You can get an entree like teriyaki chicken and vegetables on the side for dinner, for under 400 calories. You have to pick and choose the healthier options. Tastes better than the chinese buffet next door.

Came in to try the new Tso chicken. I spent 7 bucks on a 2 entree 1 side and got 3 small pieces of the Tso chicken. Go to a different location if you want what you paid for.
