Worst customer service from an actual restaurant owner. Ive never had a manager rip me off before. In fact Ive given rave reviews of businesses s that look out for there customer. Not this place, today when I went to get a couple of burgers, the owner rung me up and my total was $8.40. After looking at the menu board and my receipt while waiting for my food, I realized that if Id of been offered 2 combos, Id of saved 2 bucks and gotten and extra fry. When I figured this out, I bounced the guy behind the counter about it, His response was, "I dont argue with the customer". Telling someone they can get a better deal is not arguing. But, thats were we differ in opinion. He than tried dismissing me like I was somehow incorrect. When I told him "if I was ringing someone up" he cut me off and said "would never happen!" Well I hate to tell him but Ive probably helped more customers in my 32 years, than he has since hed owned that business. I know customer service and so far, that place gets an F in my book. It all makes sense now though, over the last 2 years I dont think ive ever seen that place clean. The employees are just as disheveled as the store, and the food is borderline garbage quality. If you looking for a good hamburger, Id try Grannys Burgers up the road, the price is a little more expensive, but the quality and service our way better.

Lady at the drive thru was rude and inpatient.. we tried to place order and couldnt hear her so we pulled up to window to place order and when we told her that no sound or voices were heard she rolled her eyes at us. Then when giving saying back order to us she proceeded to argue with us about what one item was so i just told her wasnt goinh to argue about it and i didnt order. I had her remove it actually. It is 7:45 pm on friday the 10th of June. This is the second time i have come here and my last because they messed up order as well then and when i tried to call and there was no answer at all for 3 hrs of me trying to contact them, i ended up leaving a message with my # and like i thought, noone called me back. Unsanitary working conditions, terrible food quality and lack of customer service from all levels within this establishment. The owner specifically is very unprofessional and has no desire for repeat business. I took a burger back because it was served cold and he through it in a microwave causing the burger to become soggy and would not prepare a new one...I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Grannys instead. The prices are higher but the quality of people and food is much better.

The food here is basically right down the middle. Restrooms needed a lot of attention and this location is HORRIBLY understaffed at lunch time. The two girls working were clearly doing the best they could under the circumstances.

My experiences here have been hit or miss. Sometimes the employees have been friendly, other times, not. The food has been good sometimes and other times its been made incorrectly, cold, or not what I expected.

I ate the soft taco and 50% of it was tortilla .I would say 2% percent is meat. The place also looked awful.
