Ive been a huge fan of muchas for years, the NE location in particular. Its been over a year since ive been there and oh my god, the management must have changed. Their food went from incredible to horrible, and I can tell its not just the cooks. The chicken used to be authentic, shredded, flavorful but now is huge chunks of bland off colored meat resembling something you would find in a can. Not only did it look cheap but it tasted cheaper. Im so disappointed. And even their green sauce that used to be my favorite seems less tasty then it used to. I understand times are tough but at least shred it up and put some salt on it. I got the chicken nacho (used to be soo incredible) and the chicken torta (used to be my second favorite). I got these huge chunks of bland boiled cr*p. A nacho isnt that hard to mess up but they managed to. I was starving and couldnt even try to finish it, and Im the least picky eater I know. How sad, my friends and I used to rave about this late night joint. Never again? Anyone know any other late night mexican food places?

Food was delicious, I had the Number 3 (beef enchiladas), my wife had the tamales dinner plate...I wouldve given this restaurant 5 stars, BUT, after droppin my wife at work, I went home, found a couple of friends tryin to move a shed into position for moving, helped them get that accomplished, went into the house, to get directions for a bike shop, and started to feel bad...my dish had somethin wrong with it...I was sick for about 3 hours, kneeling in front of the toilet, sitting on the toilet...you would think it wouldnt have happened, but everywhere we eat, there is always that chance. Ill give them a 3 star instead, because the manager there should be keepin an eye on the employees, monitoring the temp in the fridge, and what the refrigerated foods are stored in, etc...thats what they get paid for, so do your job right, and noone else will get as sick as I was last night!!!

I went there for lunch and ordered sausage burrito but I got something else. Their salsa is salty and has no taste. I took about 15min to get my burrito (drive thru) when I came to the window and told the cashier lady that it was more than 15min she immediately got defensive and said "if you dont like it then I give you your money back, then she was making comments with other people inside, I got the impression she was talking smack about me. Anyways, the over all experience was just terrible. My food was really bad, I got something else and in return the cashier lady gave me attitude after I waited for more than 15min for a sausage burrito that never came.

I just want everyone to know that the Muchas Gracias at this location does this food chain ZERO justice. I have been eating Muchas Gracias in St Helens OR for the past 10 years. I have never been disappointed with my food. Your order comes out the way you asked the first time. It also didnt take 3 cooks to screw it up. They dont know how to make the Red or Green sauce taste right. I would gladly drive the extra 30 miles to st helens(60 miles total) because i know i would get a Bacon breakfast burrito made with REAL BACON! . Doesnt taste like i bought it out of the freezer section. I will not return to that location.

Oooohhhweee! I really dont enjoy this place. I hate to give a bad review but I think their food is awful. Its cheap and thats about all that is good about it. Its not very well seasoned and most of the proteins Ive had in a burrito or taco were overcooked and very bland. I dont even think I would enjoy it when Im drunk which is saying a lot... Truthfully Id swing by Taco Bell instead. Sorry guys :(

I eat at this place way too much. But how could I not? When youre buzzed and exhausted and you need hot beans and a cold horchata, Muchas Gracias is always there for you. And the burritos are pretty darn big, I typically only ever get a bean and cheese burrito and only been able to eat the whole thing on a few rare occasions.

Muchas Gracias saves many a poor soul from their late night drunken stupor. The food is never great, but the service is unflinchingly friendly and if you go often enough, youll learn which menu items to avoid. I am very thankful for a cheap burrito when Im having a burrito emergency in the middle of the night!

Dont understand how it has 3.9 out of 5. I literally had to shout my order so I could be heard. It was not fast at all. Beans were gray, rice tasted a few days old. The meat in the tacos was mostly fat. Overall not fresh fast real Mexican food as they claim.

The food is inconsistent. The carnitas is always greasy. They screw up the order more often than not. The vegan burrito has sour cream... geniuses. Today was the last time they get $5 from me. Edit: its been 6 months and I still havent been back.

The place was open late which was great but the food was sub par. Ive been to other locations and by comparison I would not recommend it. Over salted Pico de gallo, bad cuts of meat, burned taste to their spicy red sauce, bland green sauce.

I have got sick here a couple times, tho i seem to get food poisoning really easy in general. Great tasting food, low prices, and really fast! So good that getting sick on occasion is not a deterrent. Lol

This mexican is AWESOME! Great prices, great food and the staff is SUPER friendly. go here... it beats out taco bell and chipolte right next door. Looks like a hole in the wall but that is a LIE. A+

I go here relatively often because its the only place in the area thats open late (without having to drive thru). I recommend either fish taco, fish burrito or both if really hungry

Im conflicted about this place. The food is great, but the location is sketchy. There hasnt been a single time Ive been there that a tweaker wasnt tweaking inside the restaurant.
