I eat here weekly, inside and at the food cart outside. I have had great service and a few times poor service. The food is always great. I believe just like with any restaurant, you cant always control your employees. For the people that had bad service, you should ask to talk to the manager/owner. They wont know they have unhappy guests until someone speaks up. The owner always make sure my complains are handled. When I have had poor service, its because they were extremely busy or it was a new employee. Over all, I would say they have great drinks/food and the staff are always very friendly. This is a great local business!

Great hole in the wall eatery - not fancy - noisy - very busy! Excellent prices and food, the portions just the right size, served HOT. The before meal chips came with a small carafe of salsa leaving plenty to add to our food when it arrived. It is interesting you can order from the menu inside or from the outside "food counter" and eat outside or inside. The food counter prices are a bit less but the quality of food from both kitchens and the price is low not high. There is a reason why this place is so busy - try it!

Im not huge on writing reviews but my customer service we beyond excellent! I went to the outside stand on my lunch today and was very satisfied! I wish i would have asked the gentlemen his name but i came in asking for something very specific that they couldnt make outside and instead of saying no he went inside and had them make it for me. Decently quick service and good food. I am a Mexican food lover! The customer service is what will bring me back.

Ive gave this place a couple chances because I love the tortilla soup but every time I go to this place I always have ants in my drink. And we sat waiting for the lady to come back and help us 30 mins past there was not one person except us and the she was kinda rude when I told here there were ants in my drink. Wish they could get the ant situation figured out because the good is awesome. But this has happened to me 3 times

Food is ok. Not too happy about what I got last time was here. Ordered a tamale and the server brought out one that had been split open and was dry. Looked right at it and walked away. If I was her, I wouldnt have served that. Ate it anyway. Nothing to rave about, though. Just dont eat at Mazatlan. They dont treat their meats right. Youll probably get sick there.

The ladies at register tried keep my change as a tip without acknowledging me. They are greedy and did not know that I understand Spanish so making rude comments to those around was very disappointing. Grown women acting like children. The food is good but the staff could use a little bit more training.

A+ Mexican food. If you are looking for a good Mex. place in town, this place is it. Tasty, inexpensive, large portions, and cheap margaritas that carry a punch! The servers speak mostly Spanish, but had no problem communicating. Room was pleasant and played non-annoying Mexican music in background.

Pleasantly surprised, great Mexican food and priced inexpensively. They have an outdoor "taco truck " style building which looks nice but we wanted to sit inside and keep warm. I got a shredded beef burrito. It came with rice, beans and some cheese on top, pretty normal. Taste was delicious. Thumbs up!

Good tacos here. Personally I appreciate how good their tripe (intestine or tripas) meat can be here. It does lack consistency and is only for the brave but is better than many other taco places here in Oregon. Otherwise, theres some nice student discounts as well as good food.

Have been a patron for 5 years. Love that you have three ways to dine. Outdoor taco stand (tacos are outstanding, flavor loaded, great price), Dine in (great menu, flavorful dishes, large portions, friendly service, good prices), Take out (full menu, dishes travel well).

We go in here 2-3 times per week. The creamy green sauce is the best around!! The taco stand outside is great for a quick bite or you can go inside for a sit down meal. Burritos are big enough for two people to share and street tacos are deliciously messy.

Tequila grill changed how I look at burritos. No longer will a microwaveable burrito satisfy. Nor will a cheap fast food wimpy burrito crunch a craving. My burrito allegiance is forever pledged to tequila grill for their amazing food.

Really great people own the place. My family came in so often they got to know us all by name and are now good family friends. They make great meat cooked in a smoker/bbq out front, yummmmm :) Best Roy Rogers EVER!!!!!!
