My trip here made me furious. As I was I was shopping here with my wife and two kids, my wife grabbed a couple bottles of wine. When we went to check out I was holding my youngest son and wasnt able to put him down. The lady at the check out asked for both our IDs. No problem. My wife shows her ID and I realize I dont have mine. I let her know, which at other Wincos if one of us doesnt have our ID we never have a problem, especially since It was my wifes card. The lady chuckles a little bit and instead of letting me know there was an issue, she starts talking to other employees then asks whose paying for it. I let her know that it was my wifes card but I was paying, since she was putting the groceries in the cart while I held our youngest son. Then she said that she wasnt goong to sell to us. The only problem that I have with her doing this is that she began to gossip with other employees and laugh... Causing many other customers to look at me and my family in a embarrasing manner. Im okay with doing your job, but to do that is ridiculous. It infuriated me and If I didnt have the as much patience as I did I would of been a lot worse. Seriously though... Luaghing like that?? Not cool at all. It wouldnt be a problem to get my ID if I lived closer but I was only by this Winco while I ran some errands with my kids on my only day off. I dont think Ill be returning here. Seriously

I never like to bad mouth anyone but on 7/30/16 I was shopping in my neighborhood WINCO for groceries. While gathering my groceries I was unable to find a certain cut of beef that I like. I approached a middle aged lady who works in the meat department and asked her for the cut that I desired as she was putting away some ground beef. She never bothered to look up and acknowledge me and my question. She looked as if she didnt want to be bothered and initially told me she didnt bring any out today and then changed her story to she didnt cut any up that day. My question is, how hard would it be & how long does it take to cut up a few Chuck Eye steaks??? I appreciate your low prices, but Good Customer service is priceless!!

Not a bad place but the meat is definitely questionable. Brought home what appeared to be fresh steak, took one out to cook and decided to vacuum seal the others that came in the package... when vacuumed, the meat immediately lost its pink coloring and turned a dark brown. The coloring juice separated all around the vacuum package. The meat didnt smell bad yet, but these are definitely questionable and sneaky practices. So, buyer beware.

Customer service was horrible, associate cussed at my kids and as i was checking out the first associate took her break after beginning to check us out, the second who replaced her only chit chatted with a coworker and the third associate didnt say a word and handed me my reciept. Mind you, this was all one transaction! Prices arent as good as they used to be which no longer makes up for their terrible customer service!

WARNING! My wife was driving at 5 mph looking for a parking spot and a WinCo employee drove a train of 30 shopping carts into the backside of our SUV. WinCo said they werent fully at fault and claimed 50% fault on us! We used to love WinCo, but now we cannot trust them to take care of us. Avoid this store — they wont protect you even if their own employees are negligent on the job!

Woohoo plastic bags! Hard to come by in PDX-land but they have them here and its great! They also have all the food you need at great prices, they keep the store clean, their checkout lines are quick even on a Sunday morning and their prepared food section is as good as I need it to be (french bread pizza!). I seriously love this WinCo.

I understand that WinCo is meant to be financially convenient. However, there has been several instances were they falsely price their food products and do not have the courtesy to check their displayed prices they had advarticed. Not worth the time nor money to "save" a few bucks if they are going to over charge.

For a Winco it is not the worst or best location I have shopped at. The store is laid out nice and I can usually get in and out quick. However, they seem to employ some creepy characters that have been less than helpful on a number of occasions. Also the produce has a lot to be desired in terms of freshness.

I thought WinCo would have higher standards for who they employ the guys that work here are creepy and act like theyve never seen a woman everytime Im here with my girl they constantly stare at her or try to be overly friendly towards her if Im not by her side. My girl and I wont be coming back !

I love shopping at Winco foods, I bought a turkey here for the holiday and I defrosted it wrong, and Dan allowed me to replace it, I live down the street and I realize when I got there I had the wrong receipt and Dan made an exception and replaced it, and saved me a trip back too my place

Winco is a large warehouse grocery store where you can buy in consumer bulk as well as in small quantities. They have a great selection and good prices. A nice middle ground between a normal grocery store and a Costco. Winco brand products are also quite good (especially the ice cream!)

Not the place to come if you just need a couple items and want a fast shopping and checkout experience. However, if you are in need of name brand products at much lower prices than the other grocery storesin your area, this IS the place shop.

Great prices, great selection, excellent produce variety, wide selection of bulk foods. WinCo is the only place I shop even though theres a Fred Meyer a block from my house and a Safeway closer. My savings are in the double digits.

WinCo is basically a huge warehouse full of low priced items that can either be bought in bulk or small quantity. This one has great selection with low prices, but the customer service is okay.

The prices are great and the employees are usually friendly and helpful. Its more work than a Fred Meyer or Safeway, more crowded, and more of a chore, but definitely worth it for the savings!

Its always clean and the turnover of all their products is the best around. There is minimal organic produce but for staple canned, boxed or middle isle products, its the least costly around.

Excellent grocery store, including a deli. The prices are almost always the best in town. Employee owned so they are helpful, motivated, friendly and happy.
