I have been eating round table pizza regularly for almost 50 years and have been going to this one for well over 15..used to be the best and best service. .....not anymore!..the last 4 i have bought have been a nightmare...i waited 1 time for over 3 hours and kept saying its on its way.....then they brought me a pizza that even the cook said was over 2 hours old....tonight they said they were kinda busy and delivery would take well over an hour and recommended that i pick it up because it would be ready in 15 minutes....so i did....showed up in about 20 min.....sent my daughter in to get it and they were just putting my SMALL pizza in the oven and told her it would be about 7 minutes cook time....she sat there for 35 MORE minutes being completely ignored..needless to say it was cold by the time they figured out whos break time it was...which seemed more important than serving customers...she saw them comp 4 customers for screwing up or massive delays of at least an hour.... and im just done with this exact RTP....my daughter recognized some of the employees she used to go to school with and it turns out they are well known tweakers so that probably explains why this shop has gone to hell in the last few years.....i WILL be contacting corporate because Im sure they dont know exactly how bad this place has gotten recently.....good luck if decide to try them but i no longer brag or tell my friends how great it is (was)...time to find a new pizza place after 50 years!....shame really!!...ill take my 25.00 a week business elsewhere....thank you!

I like Round Table well enough, but had an unfortunate experience with this restaurant. I placed an order online where I was told I could expect my meal delivered to my house in about 45 mins. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks and some cinnamon twists. About an hour later, still no pizza. My wife called and they said we should be getting our pizza any moment. Ten minutes later, we got our order... kind of. The pizza was smashed on one side, as if it had been thrown around in the box. The breadsticks had no sauce (neither the one it came with or the one I ordered in addition to the one it came with), and the cinnamon twists had no frosting on them as advertised. My wife, already upset about the hour and ten minute wait for delivery, called them back wanting the sauce. The Round Table employee said there was no way a driver would come back to deliver the sauce. Thats understandable, but my wife sighted all the above issues and the guy gave the standard we are really busy routine but did say he "took our information" and "would make it up to us". I look forward to our next call to Round Table pizza to see how they are going to make us Round Table fans again. tl;dr: after waiting 70 mins for our meal, what we got wasnt what we expected but they said theyll make it up to us. **UPDATE**: Called them back and explained all the above. Gave us a free large pie. Better news, it was all there and delicious!

This place is THE WORST! I called at 6:45 last night to place an order. I was quoted 45 minutes. When 8:15 rolled around and still no pizza, I called to check. After 15 minutes and 3 different people putting me on hold, I was finally told that the person who took my order got my address wrong (Even though they have delivered to my house before!?) and my pizza was delivered to some randos house! And the people there accepted it! WTF? I was told they would re-make my pizza and send it back out to me "at a discount". I had to argue my point that it should have been FREE at that point. They reluctantly made my pizza free. Fast forward to another hour + later, still NO PIZZA?! So, I call AGAIN! (This time my hungry kids are crying because they have to go to bed with no pizza, I had to whip them up something else). I was told by the kid who answered, very honestly, that they were slammed with only 2 delivery drivers on staff and they hadnt even had a chance to make my pizza yet. At this point I gave up. I was told I could get my original order refunded + a free pizza but I doubt I will ever use this Round Table again.

We brought our kids for the lunch buffet. Everything was good. I know, because I tried Everything! The salad bar was stocked well, and very clean. The pizza choices ranged from basic to robust. Round Table has always done a really good job with building very satisfying pizzas that arent just greasy messes. I always go home feeling full, but not glutinous. It wasnt very busy when we went. I hope they are getting enough business, they deserve a bigger crowd. The nice lady at the counter was very helpful and kind. Our kids were a little rowdy with the candy machines, but they have good memories of going to a simple place, that was exciting for them. The mens restroom was well-kept. No bad smells, very clean. I appreciate it when a place that serves food makes an obvious effort to keep up their restrooms. The dining area is a little on the small side, but Id just call it cozy. If youre bringing a big group though, call ahead. -Nathan

I ordered a pizza for the national championship football game and after the pizza was overdue by an hour, I called and they put on the supervisor (Reagen I believe). He explained to me that they had lost all of their online orders when the system went down. He said he would get me out a pizza as soon as possible. Just a few minutes later their delivery guy showed up with a medium pizza of the one I ordered because they were out of the large sized but did give me a large of another type. They also gave me bread sticks and their boneless chicken wings. All of this free of charge. I was blown away. Talk about going above and beyond for a simple mistake.

Absolutely the worst pizza experience ever, I places an order and ten minutes later wanted to call and add a two liter of soda, they told me my pizza was in route, really? After ten minutes my pizza is on the way when they told me itd be 45 minutes, then I called back a third time, and the girl who picked up the phone (Taylor) laughed at me, I honestly will never go to round table ever again on king road...worst service ever, she told me the driver was in route I live on causey loop my food should have been here, I placed my order at 6 something and it came at 749pm ...honestly dont waste your time

Horrible customer service! On 10/28/16, my husband, my son and I walked into this restaurant and were not greeted nor acknowledged in any way. There were staff members behind the counter and that walked passed us in the lobby. They were not busy, many tables were open - its pretty obvious why. We waited for about five minutes and there were at least a dozen opportunities when employees werent on the phone, speaking to anyone else, etc. and nobody even acknowledged our existence, we left. We certainly werent going to stick around to be ignored all night and definitely not spending our money there.
