Worst Customer Service Ever. Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and showed up at 10:30am (the scheduled time to pick up), only to be told the cake wont be ready until 1pm. I asked "why couldnt I get a phone call telling me this after driving 30 minutes to get here?". His response was "you dont need to be rude to me". Seriously? You know whats rude, is not calling your customer about the situation and forcing them to make an hour round trip while pregnant with a 2 and 5 year old in the car. Then, he went on trying to give me a refund with no cake. I left and the cake was picked up by someone else for the party, still late at that time too. Both cakes were very sloppy and sub par. The lady boss did give me a 50% refund after apologizing through email without me even asking but I believe the baker needs to take a class on customer service. I felt like I was on candid camera waiting for someone to tell me "just kidding". This is not the first time Ive seen his ridiculous behaviour, he once was yelling loudly at his young kid in front of customers...very inappropriate! Ill never be going back and neither will any of my family members.

HORRIBLE!!!! My fiancee and i went in to get a quote on a 6 inch sculpted cake. Was talking to Rob about prices and such told him how much id like to spend. Also how my family and i were going to make cupcakes for our wedding. Rob told us for $100 more then what i originally wanted to spend that they would make the cake and cupcakes for the wedding. So i agreed about a week and a half later, i got an email from his wife saying that they werent going to do what we had discussed for the price i was told i would be paying. I asked how much more would it be then, and they more then doubled the price and we still would have to pay even more to do a tasting. Worst experience of my life! Horrible business.

I call one afternoon needing a cake for that evening. Talked to Rob himself who was so helpful. I was expecting a a two layer basic chocolate cake. I got a gorgeous four layer chocolate cake with wonderful chocolate buttercream frosting with glitter. With my future daughter-in-laws name spelled correctly. It was decorated beautifully. When she saw it she cried. And it was delicious. It was honestly the best chocolate. It about killed us. Lol. Definitely going back! Thank you!

The cake was delicious as well as the cupcakes and cake pops. Although the coloring on the cake pops began to smear and drip due to them being very cold and it being warm that day, overall everyone raved on all 3 flavors, southern red velvet with Bavarian cream filling cake with salted caramel butter cream frosting, carrot cake and chocolate cake pops as well as vanilla bean cupcakes. Magnificent baking!

The staff person was not friendly. I told him this was my first visit. No welcoming greeting. I told him I was getting several donuts for my office. He packed 2 donuts each into little bags. (Squashed with the icing gone.) He gave me 4 little bags with nothing to carry them in. None of these is a deal breaker, but also no reason to ever go back.

Bought a deliciously tasting bundt cake with a spiced rum buttercream tonight, along with some Gluten-free donuts, again, delicious and actually carries a taste. We are so glad we found this bakery and that they were open for us to grab our new years indulgences. Great customer service. We will be back!!

So far Ive tried their pretzels, donuts, cookies and eclairs. Everything has been awesome, but the eclair tasted like it might have been sitting in the case a little too long. Honest mistake! I Iove their little Forest Grove Farmers Market stand too and I will definitely be back!

Great family bakery. Bought some cupcakes, they were timely, tasty and a big hit at my sons birthday party. I also bought some fresh pretzels and they were excellent. These places dont exist very often, we are lucky to have here in forest grove.

Ive tried several of there items at the forest grove farmers market last year. The driest cookies Ive ever had. The rolls were tough and over baked. I wanted to try and support a local business but wont waste the money.

Donuts are amazingly fresh every morning when I stop by. A good variety on the menu and ran by a very nice couple. Cakes are moist and delicious. Highly recommend! Everything I have tried is superb.

Ordered a 100$ birthday cake, got a sheet cake that was dry, almost burnt, with just the most plain lettering on all white frosting. Better cakes at Wal-Mart. Seriously crap food for crap pricing.

Awesome donuts, very nice people. My daughter couldnt decide between the pink and white frosted donuts so the owner said he could cut one of each and gave them to her. We will definitely be back.
