I just ordered food from them through hungry ducks. I ordered the French dip and when I received it, it was missing the au jus sauce (which is kinda the point of French dip). I called them to see if they could send me the sauce. The girl who answered the phone was so rude, she was cussing and put me on hold while she went to find out what to do. She didnt bother muting me because I could hear the whole conversation with (who I learned later was the kitchen manager) talking about me and how they didnt know what to do and they were cussing up a storm. The manager gets on the phone and tells me that if I was it I need to come pick it up. "No one is bringing it to you, you will have to pick it up of you want it" I said I thought that was unfair since it was their mistake. She replied with "well hungry ducks takes 20% of our money so NO ONE is bringing it to you!". Then she hung up on me. I am astonished.

The bar is a local bar, but it real good food. I recommend the French Dip.. I eat alot of these and theirs is in the top 10.
