The shop employees not rude but definitely not welcoming. I show up 01:30am tired needed oil change and 90 day inspection, walked in no greetings, no warm welcome, instead total ignorance. I dont use TA but this time i had to give them a chance since it was a 90 day inspection yet they proof me right again (i dont get the good energy at TAs as I do at Loves or Pilot ) .They didnt have a filter so waited till morning as I m leaving $384.00 after the fact they didnt even do a 90 day inspection they only did oil change which I requested 90 was my main request. ZERO communication skills at the shop rather they treat you like you are nobody , sorry but truck drivers is all you get at the truck stops we are your customer , if it wasnt for us you wouldnt have a job/salary. Step up your game people . I just want to make sure if you end up using them like my situation i recommend be clear. Write it down or dont expect much like i did and it is once again huge disappointment.

Es triste pensar que aun en estos tiempos exista descriminacion solo por ser latino, fue en el restaurante buffet de este lugar donde me han tratado asi, quisiera saber como seria su trabajo si yo no me desempeñara como chofer y comiera fuera de mi casa!!! Is sad to think, still descrimination only for be latin, it was and the restaurant where they made that to me, I whish to know how it will be there job with out truck drivers and we have to out of our home!!!!

Stop here all the time. Usually have no issues. During this visit however, the restaurant is getting a remodel. Due to this the soup and salad bar is closed. I ordered a meal that should have come with it, but was not even offered soup or salad by the waitress, so I figured it would just be taken off price wise. When I received the bill it was full price for my meal so I questioned her and she laughed and said she could not change the price, but could go make me a salad and a cup of soup to go... really? Not sure this place will get anymore of my business. Have since returned to see if the food and service have gotten any better after the remodel. I am sad to report that the food on the buffet is way below average, and the wait staff have still not been able to earn their tips. Regret having come back.

Every time I drive to Portland, at least once a year, I stop at the Country Pride restaurant at this TA location. The whole restaurant is very clean. The salad bar has standard offerings but is fresh. The cooked food is served hot and promptly. It is not gourmet, but it is tasty. My biggest joy is being able to talk to the service staff at the restaurant. They are incredibly friendly, even if working that day is not their idea of fun. Every time I have asked for a specific type of food cooked a specific way they have listened. Whether its extra crispy bacon or a steak still screaming rare. The bathrooms are immaculately clean and it is a pleasure to stop and take a break from a long drive here.

On our way home from the airport my wife and I stopped at the Country Pride restaurant in Aurora Oregon, located just off I-5. We didnt know what to expect but were amazed with the delicious food there. I ordered an orange juice and usually I get a small glass with watered down juice but this place served a large un-watered down orange juice. Tianna, the waitress was also very easy to talk to and was a sweetheart. Well definitely be going back when were in the area. The only thing I didnt like was that I didnt see anyone to serve us at first and so I went and asked for some menus at the counter. However it was about 1:00 AM and not very many people there.

Lady at fuel desk and manager (travis ) didnt know authorize a tch check. Then told me I had to figure out another way to pay for the oil change that I had done there. Told me that they wouldnt call anyone. If they couldnt do it by computer i needed to take it up with the shop. So I ask if he was to lazy to dial a phone number. And he said that was my problem as how to pay the bill. Very rude ,ignorant, lazy, incompetent staff such as this will keep myself and anyone else i can talk to out of doing anything at this location. No recommendations what So ever

Keep this short and sweet from one driver to another. The fuel island is an inconvience in correspondence to the store entrance. The showers yet clean are a joke for anyone such as myself over 58". I figure even a guy at 57" is having to crouch down to wash their hair on their head or even their beard, easy fix to bring a contract plumber in to raise the piping for the shower head or even put in new shower heads...but they arent gonna do that, thatd be to easy and cost them a little money.

Truck Needed repairs The shop service was excellent Denae The service advisor Was very patient when Conway was giving them a hard time about pictures of the tires the text that worked on the track for pretty good and they were also training a trainee josh and tom changed the tires once Conway gave the go ahead also got fuel filters and truck lube done. Also the restaurant staff was good Nicole was fun. Showers were clean. Overall I would recommend this TA to other drivers

Horrible service! Came in late after a long day of driving the manager would not give my co driver a team shower. Made us pay for both showers when I asked for her name she refused to tell me later I found out her name was Alex... The employees were unprofessional and not trained they did not know how to operate the cash register. The food that rhey had out was old and nasty looking... There is a pilot just south of there if you have a choice go there what a difference!

TA itself was pretty decent. Plenty of truck parking. Seemed to be overrun by Swift drivers either looking for someone to run into, or having a group meeting to find low clearance bridges to not fit under. Food was mediocre at best. Ordered a chicken dish served over mashed potatoes, "chicken paprika____". It was horrible. Even my very friendly waitress said, as she served me, that it wasnt that good. Even offered to take it back before I even tasted it.

Im giving this place 5 stars! Been traveling across this great country for 17 years, Im a platinum member, so I visit quite a few of the Ta/petro locations, the employees are super friendly and helpful, the restaurant is fantastic, some of the best food Ive ever found in a country pride establishment, glad I picked this location for my 34 hour reset, great job and a special thank you to all the employees here, see ya on the next west coast turn.

Ive been stopping on and off here for years. The store is still okay. The sad part is I feel the restaurant has gone downhill. The restaurant I noticed was on the dirtier side and a bit run down. The service was slow. And another unfortunate part of my last experience is the smell of the local garbage dump that overpowers you as you walk out of the restaurant. On a positive note the wait staff were friendly.
