Absolutely worst management Ive ever encountered. I paid to park in reserved parking, and was greeted at 3AM by the smiling Sarina (store manager) insisting that I move from my reserved spot, despite the truck next to me, not having paid at all. I was told to park in the fire line and she put the "reserved" congress around me. At 4:30AM, I was greeted by police and given a $500 ticket and told to move once again. I almost never give bad reviews, but this place has gone above and beyond to earn its award. Aside from all of that, this new store replaced a private truck stop that I miss now more than ever before.

If you only need a fuel and/or parking, this place might be OK, but if you need a scales as well, be warned: youre gonna have to make a very sharp u-turn coming off the scale. Also coming out its impossible to make good turn into the street and theres right turn only, so you cant go around a building. Just stay AWAY, better save yourself and use a TA next door. The guy at fuel desk listened to complain and said "we provide service and thats your problem how you gonna get it"

Normally I get gas here all the time and their usually under staffed on the gas pumps but they get to you in the order you arrived. This will be my last time I stop here they had 3x the staff and only 6 cars out of 18 pumps and when I pulled up the staff just acted like I wasnt there and after almost 2min a car pulled up behind me they started to fill them and preceded to talk to them until the pump was done at witch point I left and went across the street to fill up

This Flying J wins the shower trifecta; clean, hot, and great water pressure. Shower rooms and shower were super-spacious, including a sink and toilet, many hooks, bench and a showervshelf. Newly updated with adjustable shower head, some soap is provided as well as warm towels/washcloth/bathmat. Nicer than most hotels, no lie. Aside from showers, this Flying J has ample room for RVs to fill up, plus a dump and propane. Great stop for travellers.

Amazingly clean, especially when compare to the TA across the road. Food is good, prices are fair on merch, and the showers are fantastic for even non truck driving travelers. Manager helped me find sanctuary locally for my bus one night when their parking was full, I had a busted tire and no services were available. Service seems to match the rest. Definitely a good wayside for your travels.

Great place but when you always have 6 effing people on pumps yet Im sitting in my car for 20 minutes, theres a problem. Happened more than once. Made me late to work one morning. 45 minutes actually because I needed to fuel up. Should have taken 10, almost took an hour!! I hate coming here anymore but cheap gas, is cheap gas.

Very clean restrooms and showers. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because they dont have a restaurant. There is a subway and plenty of other choices to eat but if u want a sit down restaurant u have to go across the street to the TA. But other than that it was great!

The food was good with tons of options to satisfy a busload of 38 teenagers, and the service was great. Even better, I left my purse hanging on the back of a chair. They contacted my family and the next day my purse with all its contents was returned to me! They would not accept a reword. I am sending cheese. ;-)

Clean, well organized, and fast moving location. Showers were great, service is awesome, food looked good. They have a chip card reader but its not operational at Subway. I made a purchase with my credit card and the cashier did not ask to see ID. There indeed is a mexican food truck in the back side.

I reserved a spot in the reserved parking section and they proceeded to tell me to move out of the spot even tho I had a confirmation number and I had paid with my points. She called a tow truck to tow me and I left once he showed up. They are rude here and dont honor the reservation parking.

It seems that every time I have gone into this fuel stop the employees treat me like I am an idiot. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out how to use the self checkouts at your store. The public have been using them for years. You need to fix the problem now or close your doors.

Service was horrible. I waited at the counter to purchase something the cashier is having a personal conversation with her friend. I asked if she was ready to assist me and she coped an attitude and said ready when you are very rudely. She slammed my receipt down on the counter.

The slowest service on the face of the earth. Its been 40 mins since Ive pulled in and still no one will pump my gas (since the great state of Oregon doesnt trust me to pump my own).... my advice to all RV travelers in a hurry.. avoid this place like the plague!!

One of our favorite truck stops to stay, whether its a one nighter or our layover. The service is great and the staff are courteous and friendly. We consider this FlyingJ our home away from home! I look forward to our next visit. See you next week!!!!

Young man pumping gas today was turning away customers. Said that he was trying to get through the customers already pulled up to the pump?! Maybe he needs additional training since he is sending customers to other other gas stations in the area!

My favorite gas station! Just stopped there last night for gas and the attendant was hilarious. I think his name was Ted but not sure. Im still laughing. Who would have thought buying gas would be so entertaining. Give that guy a raise.

Worst Flying J EVER!!! ONLY 2 employees with all the attitude in the world! This Guy Cant help Get the washer running or just over ride it en get my clothes out!. Out of Detergent, Out of Pizzas, Slow & mean!

I just stopped to use the bathroom and it looked like they had fecal matter on the wall and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Not classy and I will never stop there again. Gross!!
