Good, simple, and friendly! The fries is one of the best in town! My friends and I go there almost on a weekly basis. It is a very friendly place with consistent good food. I am a very frugal person. I can pick the standard meal which is around $10 or just buy individual items. All standard drinks are self service and have as much you want as you just relax there. The food has enough variety if you like to try different things. My girlfriend is vegan and has no problem finding something to eat there. Once she ordered the "veggie deluxe burger", it is so good even I order it on a regular basis. If you are like my girlfriend and I that sometimes just crave French fries, this is the place to go. I get it every time I get the burger. Sweet potato fries is very good too, just not as good as the regular fries. One of the favorite thing on the menu is the Mediterranean breakfast for this place. Enjoy.

I love this location. I always tell people its like a 1950s chic restaurant but without the price. I love the assortment on the menu plus with gluten free dishes. The dessert is pretty good and I love that theres three ice tea options. The location is great too where you can watch the cars go by and feel relaxed. I havent had a bad dish here which is great. Ive had some problems at other locations but so far so good here. The waiters are always kind and very apologetic if theres a mix up with your order and are ready to make it right. I took off one star because the flavors could be better. At all locations, theres always something that tastes as if its missing something. It doesnt make me turn away but it definitely use a little oomph. Overall, its a fun place where I lose track of time because Im so relaxed.

Great little place. Mostly sandwiches and such but they do have a dinner menu and frequent specials. Really good pasta dinner dishes at a really good price. The only disappointment was the hamburger. Just not very tasty. I do wish they had a wider variety of dinner dishes but what they do have are good. Staff is very friendly. They tend to be very "Austin" in a piercings / body art sortof way, but never have they been pretentious or unfriendly, even to this very much unhip older guy.

The best french toast Ive ever had in my life! If you like grainy whole wheat bread for french toast and fresh strawberries and bananas, youll love it. They also have delicious orange juice and great breakfast wraps. As far as lunch/dinner, Ive never gotten anything I didnt like. The spinach and shrimp salad, roasted tomato soup and veggie wrap are all PHENOMENAL! I strongly recommend Galaxy if youre looking for good priced, fast food in the Triangle.

When you drive up, your not expecting much, the. You walk inside and are blown away at the ambiance and staff...not to forget the food. The food is simply Devine, the herbal ice tea is to die for and if you like it sweet, try it with honey...amazing! The prosciutto basil and sun-dried chicken is absolutely amazing. The tomatoes her bed soup is amazingly flavourful without being sweet. definitely a must eat in Austin!

Cute modern cafe with a vast array of food and dessert options. A bit on the pricey side but the ambiance and friendly service make up for it. You order and pay for your food at the counter and a server brings you your items. I ordered the veggie burger (lentil based) it was average, Ive had better and worse. The chocolate chip peanut butter cookies were incredible! Warm, gooey, and thick. Id return and try other dish.

This location is pretty great. It has enough seating to accommodate busy lunch crowds. The parking can become a little bit of an issue, though. I was able to have a training for work here, free from distractions. I recommend their matcha green tea. You get your own small tea pot and tea cup at your table. The flavor was incredibly interesting. You could definitely taste that this wasnt a tea bag from a box.

I love their grilled Portobello mushroom sandwich. It comes with avocado and spinach. Its my favorite here, and Im not even vegetarian! They always have a selection of delicious iced teas. Also their variety of sides is wonderful. I tried the whipped sweet potatoes last time and they were delicious. Not the cheapest place to get a meal, but Ive never been disappointed with Galaxy Cafe!

Best Chicken Tortilla Soup ever! Galaxy uses the freshest ingredients and the atmosphere is great. Their service is always friendly and prompt and I have never been disappointed by their food. My personal favorites are the chicken tortilla soup, Chimichurri steak, and the fish wrap (which I ask for grilled). For the sides, the mac n cheese and sweet potato fries are amazing.

If you are looking for diner food with a little more edge, Galaxy is the choice for you. I really appreciate the quality of food for the lower price–plus, they have several gluten free options. I typically go here for breakfast, and the bagel/egg sandwich is super yummy. The format is to order at the counter and take your number to a table of your choice.

I like Galaxy Cafe. They have a real "austin" feel and the food is rather tasty. I ordered a breakfast option and the coffee was really good. I had excellent service and over all I cant really find anything to complain about. Im only rating it four instead of five because although the experience was good I still prefer a few other spots over this one.

The best part is the ambiance and no wait time, but the food was mediocre - I havent salted my plate so much in such a long time. The food was either tasteless (the uptown wrap) or over salted/ seasoned (skillet potatoes) I will say the other positive was the lemonade was pretty good and their mimosas were strong. Overall it is super deceiving.

Galaxy does cafe food well. Not great, but well. Its affordable with a cozy environment. Not sure what theyre known for, but I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. But when I got it, it just seemed like a chicken burger. Cheese wasnt melted. Sweet potato fries arent that great. Maybe next time Ill order something different.

Overall Galaxy cafe has been reliable and delicious! While they have a separate menu for gluten free options, the staff is not properly trained to handle gluten free food. Make sure what youre getting is what you ordered! They covered for their mistake by offering us a free meal, but still be sure and double check!

This place is perfect for a quick lunch, although it can get a bit loud at times. They have a gluten free menu for lunch (although its only on the dinner menu). Beware its counter service and the line can get pretty long although it moves pretty fast. Good sandwiches, salads, and they always have an amazing special.

While, this place is a little pricey, the order upfront, cafeteria style and excellent dishes make it a worthwhile visit. The staff is friendly and will help you decide from all the great options. You wont be able to stuff your face with the moderately-sized meals, but you wont be disappointed with the taste.

I love Galaxy because its a super place to work on your laptop, the staff always is friendly and cheerful, they accommodate my many dietary needs sweetly, and the menu is constantly updating with something interesting. The wireless is always strong and working, and the space is spic-and-span and super cute.
