Customer service here cant be beat!! I have been several times now and have always been greeted with a great attitude and a smile. I dont however love their coffee. I am very picky and love my coffee at home. I have yet to find a place other than my house that I can say I love their coffee. But when in a pinch I go here because I know they will be respectful and try their best to please me. Its not that it is bad coffee just not my flavor. So please when you see a low star rating because someone didnt prefer the coffee here dont take it to heart. That is like me going Canes Chicken and giving them a bad review because I dont like chicken strips. If you like it sweet tell the girl. Try the drink before you leave she can always add more something if its not right. I love the people at this place.

Staff was friendly and nice, even right at opening time at 6am (Im a Nebraskan, and I hear we have higher niceness standards than some states - haha). Unfortunately they didnt have a medium or light roast black coffee that day. The dark roast was so awful I couldnt drink it. Might just be my preference for lighter roast. But if youre like me, dont go for it if they suggest it!
