Service was very good and prompt. I was dissatisfied with the food. I was anxious to enjoy this meal because I had such a positive experience at their Scottsdale location. Unfortunately the cook at Union Centre did not know how to scramble eggs. They first came out dry and crumbling. I sent them back and of course the 2nd attempt was half cooked and runny. I so badly wanted to go into the kitchen and give a basic egg scramble 101 lesson but guessed management might frown on my attempt. I would like to recommend this place but there is nothing more basic than a scrambled egg so i cannot.

I really would like to give zero stars but thats not an option. Food sucks, and I asked for a BLT with no mayo. All I really wanted wanted was a good fat greasy bacon and sausage sandwich. F this place. If I want to eat "healthy" Id eat @ home like the rest of health living people. Its fast food/restaurant for a reason. I will never eat or recommend this food chain, not even to someone I hate. The waitress was pretty nice but was annoyed with the questions, on which way I wanted my sandwich, that I was paying an ungodly amount for.

Great for breakfast on the weekends, but also a wonderful option for lunch. You will find a variety of sandwiches, salads, and wraps. All are made with fresh ingredients. Most options come with a small salad of diced tomatoes and cucumber in a tasty dressing, First Watch potatoes, and a cup of fresh fruit. Considering how much you get, its a great deal. We also appreciate that First Watch is faster than most other sit down restaurants, which is nice on a busy work day.

I would highly recommend First Watch. We found the food to be outstanding and well priced. You can tell from the first bite there is a difference in the food the purchase and how its prepared. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the pancake light as air and the bacon was lean and very tasty. The coffee here is outstanding! If youre looking for diner food, go to Awful House. If you want excellent, well priced food and great service, this is your place! Cheers!

What I can say, is that the seasoning on the barbacoa was good. What I cant say is that the poached eggs were cooked correctly. I also cannot say the "millionaire bacon" was cooked evenly. To me, as a breakfast restaurant, you should cook 2 things correctly above anything else: eggs and bacon. Id try it again sometime, but less likely now after a pretty mediocre experience. Maybe Ill try a different location.

About what youd expect from a brunch place like this. A little more expensive than Bob Evans for a little better quality. Prompt service once youre seated, but there is sometimes a wait to be seated (especially on Sunday mornings). Some of their food tends to be a little under-seasoned for my liking, but still pretty decent food.

Awesome...love this place. The staff is always super friendly & after a couple visits they knew who I was and teased and played around with me. The service is always great, the food is always served quickly and really tasty. My go-to... The trifecta...eggs over medium, bacon, w/chocolate chip pancake & coffee. Perfection!!

Apparently "over medium" eggs mean runny and not flipped to the cooks. Crispy bacon means soggy. Potatoes could be better if they would just spend a bit more time and get some color on them on the grill. Too expensive for this quality of food. However, service was good. All first watches suffer from these same issues.

If Whole Foods owned a Cracker Barrel youd be left with a First Watch. Food was good, staff was nice, prices where on the high side. That being said, the food was fresh and clean, no weird mystery greeeezze you find at most breakfast joints. If it was 10% cheaper I would have given it 5

We love First Watch. Regrettably, the franchise has not made it to our home town or state of Asheville, North Carolina. We look for them when we travel. Healthier, cleaner, creative and diverse options for breakfast. Service has always been excellent, very friendly and polite. Enjoy.

Ok, so I really should like this place more. The food is very good albeit a little pricey. Perhaps it is something about the crowd of people drawn to First Watch restaurants or maybe it is the long wait for a table on prime breakfast time. Im just not a huge fan.

Really liked my first visit to FIRST WATCH this morning. Outstanding service, excellent food; (I opted for the Trifecta -2 eggs, bacon,Belgian waffle for my first visit) They have a great looking menu that begs a second visit sooner rather than later!

First impressions, awesome! Busy sunday, fathers day. Friendly staff, pretty quick service. Food was very tasty and plentiful! Not ridiculously priced but not cheap waffle house prices. We will be back and well tell our friends!

Always a great choice for breakfast or lunch. The Joe Burke review shows he is an idiot. If you want a greasy sandwich go to Mickey Ds

A favorite breakfast for my Husband and I but we have seen a decrease in quality of food. Sad, we have been avid customers for years!

Food great as always but waitress must have had a bad day. Never smiled and appeared to be annoyed; short toned voice.
