We were in town for less than 24 hours, but stopped in twice -- once for a meal and once for dessert. Service was great and the food was decent (for a simple grill). For anyone who wishes they could travel through time to the past, this is as good as it gets! Add it to your list if you stop in Vermilion!

Havent had anything other than the sundays and floats. The staff is very friendly and the place is very nostalgic. Short walk to the beach or to the park. Vermilion is not the most bike friendly town but we bike take our bikes there on a regular basis in the summer.

Experience a true old time soda shop! The most amazing egg cream sodas, shakes, floats and more. The grilled food looked and smelled awesome. To top it off the prices were extremely reasonable and the staff were so pleasant & accommodating. Try it, youll like it!!

This was rip off. $32.00 for 2 sodas, a sweet tea, one hamburger, one hot dog and a turkey wrap. On top of that it took 40 minutes for our food. Ridiculous. I will never go back. The waitress was horrible.

This place is a jump back to the age of the soda fountain. It has shakes, malts, egg creams, and so many delicious burgers! It is worth a stop in, and you wont be disappointed!

I was a recipient of pay it forward twice! One was a customer and so i tipped our server to do the same thing then she covered my milkshakes and still got a tip! Great people!

Stopped in on a whim, ended up loving the place and the people. Try the Brown Cows for sure. Also, tip well. The waitresses are overworked if you ask me.
