Absolutely Horrible! So much so that we left without accepting free dinners. We sat at our tables for 15 minutes before our server ever came by. When she did (Camille) she took our drink orders as you would expect. She brought them in a timely manner and took our dinner order. Almost an hour later we still had no food. Camille also had never returned to check on us or refill our drinks. We asked about our food and she went to check on it. 10 minutes later my wife talked to the manager who apologized and said he would check. He came back a few minutes later and said they dropped the ball. He apologized and said our meals would be on him. Still 10 minutes later we had no food. So we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I should mention, all we ordered was wings and side dishes, nothing that would take any amount of time to prepare. The manager also never offered to refill our drinks either. Weve been coming to Quaker Steak for years. Numerous locations. The Valley View location has gotten worse and worse over the years. We will definitely not be back.

They seemed nice. Our server was nice and attentive, the atmosphere was bearable. It wasnt too dusty in there --as I would have expected from all of the memorabilia hanging from the ceiling and walls. I probably would have enjoyed myself more with a more relaxed group and one into taking pictures. That place is a photo-op heaven for motorheads. I ordered mild buffalo wings and a side of mac n cheese. I felt I paid a bit much for a custard dish of macaroni that Im sure they microwaved in the same plastic bowl they served it to me in, but it paired perfectly with the buffalo wings. Dairy cream, milk, or cheese helps to cut the spice to a dish, and the cheese was plenty and creamy enough that I didnt even need the ranch that I accepted with my wings. They also offered baby carrots instead of celery with the wings, which is an ingenius plus for me. I dont care for celery and feel like its a waste, so I was happy to get to actually EAT my side with my wings.

First time visit today...i called about the endless wing special and i was told it was going on all tuesday. When i make it there the endless special is over and would not begin again until 5...unfortunately for us we were there at 215..unsure of what time the special ended. The cook then offers us the leftovers from the endless deal that we missed..hungry we agreed to eat what was offer...we were charged full price for old dry leftover throw away chicken we didnt even eat..Not only that i told our server it was our first time attending...She was apologetic for our first time being ruined...but also stated we should have told her that it was our first time coming so she could have made it a better experience..I believe that even if it was not our first time we should have at least had an enjoyable experience...false advertising guess we will try again at night as she stated

A friend and I tried out QS&L on a recent sunday as our originally planned lunch stop at nearby Yours Truly in Independence was inexplicably packed. It was OK, nothing more. Service was typical of these types of fast-casual chains-reasonably efficient but impersonal. We both started with the boneless wings and it was a disappointment. They had the right amount of fire, but the unnecessary breading underneath the sauce tasted pre-made and bland. We both had burgers and they were both very good and fresh-tasting, but the meal was spoiled by utterly limp and pre-frozen tasting fries. Bottom line-- there are just too many non-chain sports bars in the Independence/Rockside area to even bother with chains like these. I wont be back.

The food was good, no complaints there. The service on the other hand was a complete joke. We were charged for things that were not ordered, treated rudely, and ignored. Our table spent nearly half an hour waiting for an order of plain wings, and once they were delivered they were -surprise- sauced. Also if you are interested in trying the "triple atomic" sauce, its not spicy if youre used to spicy food. It was oddly sweet, and only gave the tongue a mild tingle. Also they charge you for it and dont bother to tell you. Overall the experience was terrible, and I will be sure to warn people to avoid this establishment at all costs. You can find better service at Golden Corral!

Went Quaker steak on 8-4-17 with 3 other friend to order drinks and appetizers before our 7:40pm movie . When the waitress brought our totals they were all incorrect there was extra money charged for our drinks which were 5 dollars a piece but we were told a extra dollar was charge for flavoring who charges for that which was incorrect also chargd for sour cream which came with the meal. To make a long story short we had to go over our totals with her and the manager and missed our movie and the manager did not seem to care. I have been there numerous times and never had such poor service. I feel we should have been compensated for the aweful experience.

I never write bad reviews but this is the second time Ive had a terrible experience at this location. Just left because we were seated and literally waited 10 plus minutes and no one asked us what we wanted to drink. The manager (who actually sat us) walked by us twice and didnt offer to get us any waters or anything. Plus, it was a Saturday night, youd think theyd be better staffed. After reading more comments it looks like the place is poorly run. Looks like they need a whole new staff and manager. They dont even smile or look the slightest bit happy in there. Definitely will not be returning to this horrible location.

We had reservations for a party of 30. It took 30 minutes before water was served. Then only half of the party received water. 98 minutes until food arrived & half of orders were wrong. The server literally stood at the end of the table shouting who ordered this" holding up played of food. Several orders were missing items. Then the billing nightmare started. Charged for items not served, then took forever to complete transactions.3 hrs & 15 min later I was able to leave. My wings were good, the mac & cheese was dry with a little shreaded colby jack cheese melted on top.NEVER AGAIN! Very disappointed.

The wings! I mean, really, some of the best wing sauces around! The rest of the menu offers a wide selection of bar fare as well as good sit-down dinner foods. Weekdays, they have a lunch buffet. Tuesday nights theres another buffet. My only complaint there is it seems the selections are more limited since TA took ownership of the company. The wait staff is great. Even when we didnt go for awhile, when we returned we were greeted like old friends. 2 of the servers know our orders without even asking; and we might go 2 or 3 times a month, not like were super regular.

Beautiful evening on outside patio, the waitress and the actual food was not so beautiful, asked about special drinks and menu questions and she hadnt taken the time to know what the daily soup or even having tableware available with food, daughter had fried chicken that was horribly overcooked, other daughter had Mac & cheese and pasta overcooked to mush, I had mia mia fish taco and flatbread was so stale it crumbled and fell apart and couldnt hold the food, loved the atmosphere but hated the food and service
