I simply ordered a bottled water and a small coffee. The cashier gave us a price which we considered lower that what we expected so we asked her to repeat it. She repeated the same price and we drove to the window. She took our money and handed out of the window a cup of water and the cup of coffee. When she returned the change we told her we wanted a bottled water and she stated there was water in the cup. I was a bit perplexed and let her know I requested a bottle of water. She informed that it cost xxx amount of dollars. I was well aware of the cost since it was listed on the menu board. We gave her back the cup of water and she charged us for the bottle of water and we paid. She then handed us the bottle of water and we attempted to return the cup of water to her. She told us we could keep it but we didnt want to due to the fact that we only have 2 cup holders in the car. Before we could attempt to properly explain we did not want to keep the cup of water, she closed the window in our face and walked away. I felt she was rude by doing so and caused a degree of inconvenience for us.

I was in this restaurant earlier today and I am not satisfied. I was there at six oclock pm this evening. No one greeted me or nor did I get an order in for ten minutes. But there were four but one individual left so then there leaves three. In addition the people ahead of me had a wrong orders. Well I cant get an Order! I cant get no Sliders! WHITE CASTLE WHAT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mediocre among White Castles. The kitchen and staff looked a little rough, but got my order correct and served quickly. Plenty of seating, and a large TV to watch. The air conditioning was blasting the diner and had me shivering by the time I left.

I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru for cold food and watery coffee, no napkins, greeting, or explanation. The only way this couldve been worse is if I had received someone elses inedible order.

I have eaten here a few times and each time it made me sick to the stomach.. then I tried the chocolate shake and it was GROSS! This place sent me to the bathroom! I wont be back!
