I visit this place a lot, the food is good, especially the chicken and waffles, service is usually great, there are a few exceptions, but those are usually directed at rude customers, so I can understand that, they seem to be under staffed sometimes, which can affect the time, but that makes sense, and they still tend to get things out quicker than expected, prices are great as well, the only big problem is the junkies and scammers that want to hang out in the lobby, but that comes with the Hamilton area and are usually dispersed quickly

Placed order for SIX sliders. Wasnt busy, and waited over 20 minutes for SIX sliders, only to be told to pull forward at edge of building and have an employee come out and ask how many sandwiches I ordered. I told him SIX, and he comes back with TWO. Half the employees look like theyre straight off a meth binge, and apparently cannot count. Will be doing EVERYTHING I can to discourage my worst enemy from wasting their money on such crappy service. This is why I laugh at 15 dollars an hour for fast food workers.

Always thought 24hr service was the best part of White Castle, but having lived away from their restay rants for a while, I better appreciate the food! This visit the food was fresh and hot and delicious. The staff was as cold as something really cold . The place was dirty....if that lobby has been mopped in the last 6 months...Id be shocked. The mud trap inside front door smells like an open sewer...apparently they dont know those things can be cleaned. Poorly managed store.

First it was 11:14 a.m. , the place was empty, the floor was nasty with food and not swept, and the new drink machine was filthy. Also changing the grease would be good. My boyfriend ordered the fish and it was dark& nasty tasting. Since the show Undercover Boss, this location had gone down. And it is the only one here in Hamilton, Ohio. Plllleeeaaass build one on the west side!

Staff pushy and rude. Was the only person in drive through and had to wait more than 10 minutes for the food. Once I received the order, it was wrong. Not driving back across town to explain how the order was wrong. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a row. Will never visit another White Castle again. Overpriced and always screwed up order.

It was horrible. They messed up everyones order. Inside and drive-thur. People were waiting 20 mins or longer just for it to be wrong and have to wait longer. One guy waited so long had to ask for a refund he had to leave. His grandfather was dying but was made to wait because only one person could do a refund.

Worst white castle ive ever been to. Very dirty, employees backs turned talking instead of helping customers. Food wasnt hot, cheesesticks were at least 20 mins old fries were cold and dark. Very nasty bad experience all the way around.

Most staff are very rude ruder then steak and shakes staff got throwen out once by the staff and hamilton police for no reason. Very un called for and the food isnt that great ethier should be closed down for nasty looks and nasty food.

Love white castle, but this particular establishment feels that they are too good to fix their mistakes if they make one. They will accuse you of trying to get free food. I believe the place is ran by heroin addicts.

Store was dirty. Floors needed swept and tables needed cleaned. However I did see two people working on doing just that. Food was hot but had to wait quite a long time with two children under 7. People were friendly.
