We had a new waitress but waiting 30 minutes to get our drink, then it came the wrong size was just the beginning of a very disappointing dinner experience. Unfortunately we spilled a full cup of hot tea on one of us and ended up cleaning it up ourselves--the waitress was no where to be found. We used 8 different silverware setups (2 tables worth) to get all the liquids. It took some time to do this. And we were standing while doing it. She never appeared. Of course we needed a new cup of tea. We asked someone to ask our waitress to come. We got our burgers about an hour after we arrived. Then it took a long time to get our bill. We finally asked another waiter to find her. He got the bill printed and we were out 5there 2.5 hours later. Far too long for a "classic" burger, salad bar and fries. Burger tasted good and was done to perfection but the experience and difficulty made us not keen to go there again especially when there are plenty of other eateries nearby.

Kind of tricky to find on GPS, its behind the gas station across from the hotel set back from a side street. Family went for my nieces bday. I was surprised she requested it as shes a younger teenager. I had only been as an adult for date nights, business lunches, etc. We had a great time! Great service and great food & drinks. Large potions, several courses with dessert, about $20 per person. We had a party of seven and the food came more quickly than expected, pretty, awesome flavors, and the servers were really top notch and helpful looking for my sisters jewelry. Good for business or classy casual dining. We could use more of these restaurants in the city like actually in Cincinnati.

Location was just perfect for me. Walking distance of the Drury Inn where I was staying. Granted it was a Monday night, but the place was very quiet. I was seated in no time, had my drink in front of me in minutes! Kacy at the bar was great! I asked for some recommendations and went with the Hickory Burbon Salmon. It was delicious. Why 4 stars instead of 5... 3 things: I found the portions a little small, the wine list really short and the place too bright. For the evening, I would suggest bringing the lighting down a notch. But yes, Im being picky, I think know this is a great spot for a chain.

1 out of 3 steaks order was bad. Salad bar was a little iffy with wilted lettuce. Sides were good. Buns were good. Service sucked. Empty drinks and slow service. Maybe got checked on 3 times in over an hour of being there. The place only had a few tables Id hate to see them busy. Ive been to other branches, Not impressed with this one. For the price of everything I expect a little better.

Good burgers. Fries were perfectly cooked but absolutely covered salt, thus making them inedible. My husband and I both sent back platefuls of fries, and our waitress didnt even inquire about them. Two burgers, two salad bars added on, and two fountain drinks + a coupon for $10 off = a bill that was STILL $25, not including tip. When did Ruby Tuesday get so expensive?

Came in primarily for the salad bar, and we were not disappointed. They include some unique items, such as wasabi peas, on the salad bar which is a nice change of pace. Friendly servers, watched them take care of a group of hard of hearing customers without showing any frustration. Looked pretty slow overall, although it was late on a Tuesday...

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE .... First time in a long time coming to a Ruby Tuesdays and I must say this peticular establishment has left an everlasting good taste in my mouth ... All of the employees were kind and my food was cooked to perfection .... I will recommend this percise restaurant to everyone i know in the Ohio area ....

I waited 5 minutes to be seated, while the servers were just staring and moving about. No one said"Ill be right with you" or anything, they just stared. My server hardly checked on us. This is my second time having issues at this location. I will not be back again.

Restaurant is good, food is good, weve been going here for years. 2 Russian-Ukrainian girls are cursing in russian, calling customers names. one of them is the hostess. probably will not go back there again, just because of these two girls.

What kind of restaurant does not have jalapeños ? I mean seriously....pickled, in a jar, fresh any at all but this place has not one pepper in the building.

Always a solid meal. Salad bar has a great selection of healthy greens and vegetables. If I need to eat out I can get a reasonably priced healthy meal.

Horrible service. From the greeter (who was in his phone the entire time) to the cold appetizer, and the server was unfriendly and never once smiled.

The food is good, but ordinary. They have a good selection on the menu, but nothing really jumps out. Very similar to many other chain eateries.
