I visit Panera about 4 times a week. Im assuming, probably but shouldnt, that the coffee urns would all be filled any time of the day. Today I visited the Rocky River store and found that after purchasing a mug for coffee the urns were not in place and were being filled. Needless to say that who ever was doing the filing was no where to be found and this left many customers standing around with empty cups waiting for the coffee to appear. Finally I just took another type of coffee only to find that the creamers were all empty. It doesnt make any difference what time of the day its all the same. If someone is suppose to be supervising this spot their not doing their job or lack leadership on training the people who are suppose to see that these are filled. I have called on this before but its never taken care of. I am only writing this because three other customers were sitting next to me and complaining about the same thing. This a nice place and it has helped me getting through some tough times when my husband had cancer. It was a time for me to just relax and I see people around me just relaxing and they probably need me time too. Please do something.

My sister had 6 different cupcakes delivered to my apartment yesterday afternoon for my birthday.These cupcakes are pretty amaze . They are pretty decadent, and the cake part is nice n moist. I will definitely recommend this spot to all my friends here in .Thanks yall!

food is good, but wifi is basically absent. slow and half of the pages fail to open. I asked several times to fix it but still the same. now at Starbucks.
