Customer service is terrible, they will run out of stuff at 8pm and refuse to make any more for the rest of the evening. If you ask any questions theres always some rude response. Do try going late because you may be able to get one or two things you normally do in your order. Try to avoid if you can, Parma town may be a further drive but at least you can get what you pay for.

This Chipotle has good food that is made quickly and well. The staff is friendly and it actually is quick when theres isnt a huge line. The prices are okay, but the food is good, even when taken home. Overall, just a good experience from this Chipotle location.

The last 3 times I went there the tables are dirty & disgusting. The workers are standing around doing nothing. You would think one of them could go & clean the tables but I have to wipe down my own table. I agree they are very skimpy on the portions!!

Worst customer service in have ever experienced. My carnitas were all fat, chicken wasnt even seasoned, just plain cooked chicken. The servers were very rude. I will drive farther to go to a good chipotle. I suggest you do the same!

This place takes good care of my lunch three or more times a week. The staff is so friendly and gives me exactly what I ask for, and its always tasty. (Apart from some crunchy white rice once a month or so. I forgive.)

Didnt have any Barbacoa, hardly any carnitas and the steak was undercooked. Chicken was pretty tasty though. My portions were small except for the sour cream which drenched my bowl. Not. Great experience

Place was almost empty still had to remind cashier to give me my chips, she just rang up. Beer on menu but location doesnt serve beer... Only chipotle I have ever been to not to serve beer.

Well I dont know about everyone else but my bowl was perfect. Yes a little heavy on sour cream but if you ask for lite, she did it for my husband. Been there twice now and no problem.
