The food is good but the dam service they give is really bad either the waitresses cant handle their crap or are just lazy. they need to learn how to take care of their client last times I ate there i was not happy. la comida esta bien pero el servicio esta perro tienen que poner meseras que si sepan travajar se tardan demasiado para atenderte y despues se la pasan hablando enves de ver si se te ofrece algo mas. las ultimas veces que comi no comi agusto.

Terrible Cook in the evenings! Literally burns the "Meat" to a crisp! Only order the Tacos if you visit as I believe that is all he is capable of cooking somewhat good! I ordered Enchiladas & I literally was grossed out as mixed in with my meat was RANDOM BURNT GRILL TIDBITS THAT DIDNT BELONG! I am a Chef & this truly grosses me out! Dirty Grills are unsanitary to say the least, all flavors taste the same as they are mixed on the same dirty grill, OUTSIDE WITH THE BUGS UNDER THE LIGHTS NO LESS! I recommend that you try any other local Mexican Restaurant! Chefs Opinion! Blahhh

Fui a cenar un jueves, pedí una michelada y la mesera que me atendió me dijo que no había, como a los 5 minutos llego con 5 cervezas a la mesa de a lado, la mesera no tiene cordialidad con la gente, pongan atención en su personal, porque así van a perder mucha clientelela

When we walked in the ceiling lookedoss like it was ready to fall in from water damage. The waitress brought us a bill, after we were finished, that wasnt close to being right & we were 1 of 2 parties there. When my wife got up to leave her pants were wet al the way through from the chair. The chairs are horrible as my feet kept hitting a cross support. Never saw chairs like that. Food was average. A lazy mexican sat in the corner on his cell phone the whole time. I can only assume he was the owner or manager. Wont go back.

Upon settling in the restaurant we were asked for what drinks we wanted and then various people came in and were served for food before we ever were and then when we did the food did not come for 2 HOURS and the restaurant was pretty much cleared out by then and all we got were tacos and when we asked why it was taking so long they said they were putting rice on the plate, and then none of our plates had rice on them. A few lost customers.

Never again! The first thing that hits you is stench of sewer coming from their restrooms and how old and dirty the place looks ( I know we shouldve left but decided to give it a chance). Theres only one server,she was nice but obviously overwhelmed. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this is not the place, the rice tastes like "Uncle Bens" the beans were disgusting/old/sour, they didnt have corn tortillas and no guacamole

Casual cozy atmosphere service is fantastic and lets talk about the food oh my God tacos at Cook-Out sign you can sit at a table outside enjoy a picture of sangria and have steak chicken and pork tacos grilled they are so so fantastic I love the food I love the service if you are from out of town this is a must-stop place I would recommend it and if you live here year-round like we do I suggest family dinner night once a week

Good food, moderate prices but somewhat poor service. We were not left without anything it just took a while to get things cleared / requested (if at all, ended up placing empty chips and salsa on another table when entrees arrived to make space for group of 4). They were busy but there were several staff members gathered by a bar in back chatting more than working.

Okay everything was fine, but they charge for refills, we paid 18 dollars for a coke and sprite with 2 refills each. Awsome food,.next time i bring my own 2 litter from home. Lol .was it authentic? Yes it was just like Mexico i even got robbed.so i should of known when i got a glass bottle. Dont let my words discourage you it was an excellent experience.

Do not eat here! I just finished my food and I look up and the waitresses are playing with their hair, then their phones then start separating the tortillas that they will be serving their customers! Then one of the waitresses scratches her nose and goes back to touching the tortillas! They never even washed their hands!!!!! So nasty!!!!!!

I was told that they have good Spanish food, do I went to check it out. There was two young kids basically running the place, they had no clue what they were doing, didnt serve right and did not provide good service. They served my girlfriend a seafood plate that was also disgusting and it smell like it was 2 weeks old.

The rice was really the only thing good here. The beans were the gross soupy type and the guac was bland. I didnt appreciate the surprise ingredients in my meal either. The margarita wasnt anything to brag about and and the music was too loud to have a conversation. I can honestly say we will not be going there again.

Took over 45 minutes to get our order. Our server never delivered our food nor vame to the table to see if everything was ok. The food was not worth the wait. And we had to go to the hostess to get the check because it was never delivered. The chips and salsa were excellent which led to a disappointing ending.

Depending on the time you go into the restaurant is the type of service youll have. I have gone in several times and the service and food have been different every time. There are times when the food has been great and times where I could have had a better meal.

The best tacos in Naples moved to Florida from New Jersey and have missed the food for 10 months now Ive tried every taco place in Naples and nothing compares amazing I will be here a lot authentic tasty tacos Al pastor is on point
