I ordered online today from this location and after I got home from picking it up we realized our bowls were literally half way full. They only filled up one side of both bowls. There was also pretty much no rice. It was just a pile of steak with sour cream and cheese. I called immediately and asked them if they could remake the bowls if I bring them back and they said they could only replace one....like what?!? That makes no sense at all. Then they offered to refund and I literally told them I just wanted my bowls remade because the point was to eat what I ordered. They once again said they could only replace one bowl. Im not sure what kind of policy this is but that made absolutely no sense to me. The phone call ended with them saying they would give me a free bowl next visit and that they were busy so it happens. Almost every chipotle I go to is busy and never have I ever had this problem. I explained sure a free bowl would be great for next time but my point was that a free bowl wouldnt fix the issue of what I ordered today and that I just wanted the bowls corrected because I paid for them to be correct. They said there was nothing they could do besides the free bowl next visit or them fixing one bowl today or me bringing the bowls back for a refund. My point to this is I couldnt believe how horribly these bowls were made but also that they wouldnt fix them when I literally offered to give the bowls back for corrected ones.

Since the opening of this Broadview Road location, I have had several less than savory experiences, so much so, that I have driven to other locations. Too much chit-chat among employees, lack of a sense of urgency in customer service, and lack of concern for quality of product. This is evening, (8/I4/16) I was thrilled to be greeted by a young, black gentleman (with piercings) who was pleasant, efficient, communicated most effectively, and kept the line moving fast and smoothly, with attention to details. What a fine example for employees to strive for! Additionally, I noted, a tall, dark-haired young, white gentlemen who rocked the grill with absolutely full attention to every piece of meat that was on it, as if he was preparing each piece for himself. He was fast and efficient in preparing quality product. And last but not least, another, young, tall, light-haired gentleman on the register who was friendly, fast, and efficient, and who went out of his way to help me. What an awesome team! More of this kind customer care, please! I am so happy with this experience and quality of food prep! Keep it going!

I have been to this Chipotle on Royalton Road in Brecksville/Broadview Heights 5 times in the past few months since it has opened....I have walked out 4 of those 5 times. Mainly, because I have to wait in line (with only 5 people in front of me) for more than 10 minutes. I dont have the patience for that. Today (7/23/15), I walked out after waiting in line for 5 minutes (not moving an inch) after I observed one of the employees at the table behind the front counter, transport handfuls of lettuce from one bin to another with his bare hands (no gloves). What really got me is that both hands had BAND-AIDs on them!!! I think the real problem is that there is obviously zero management. The young employess seem very lazy and lethargic. This location needs an actual manager to tell employees what to do and how to mult-task. I hope the owner reads this and corrects the lack of managerial experience at this location.

Not a good Chipotle. This place was great when it first opened. For the past six months or so, it has been surprisingly bad. First the employees look and act absolutely miserable. Second, the bowls end up half full as they skimp on everything. I used to get 2 meals from a bowl. Not anymore. But, third, the food just isnt up to par so smaller isnt such a bad thing. The chicken is oddly chewy and flavorless. Today the tomato salsa has that on the verge of fermenting flavor. I rarely go there anymore but try it now and then to see if it improves. Obviously it hasnt yet.

We go in for lunch almost everyday. The food is always fresh,I usually go about 11:30 so right after it opens. I have had to wait for steak before but the cashier offered me a drink on the house. I waited approximately 4 minutes but it was well worth it.The staff is super energetic and friendly. The store is always clean. You can tell the staff enjoys each others company. I have seen this chipotle improve over the past few months. The general mood of the store has seemed to improve. You can also tell that the staff wants to be there. I give this chipotle a 5 star review

Ok...stopped there for lunch...ordered to go. I dont know why I didnt say anything as they were preparing my borrito bowl, but, the lettuce did not look fresh(it was 11:00am) I got back to work to eat it and it smelled like old lettuce. Started eating it and kept thinking it was me...I could not eat it and I threw it out! Why would a business that has been in the news so much even dare to serve anything that is not 100% up to par? I use to love CHIPOTLES...Im over it. Another lost customer. And...fair warning if I get sick....

I would have to honestly say that my 4 trips to this Chipotle have been the most disappointing ever. Not once has anything been actually good. Mostly flavorless, cold, chewy garbage. On top of that the staff looks like they have never been trained on anything. The girl cutting chicken was pretty funny though. Probably never done that before as it looked like it had been attacked and shredded by a cat. I gave this place 4 chances over a period of time but no more trips from me.

DONT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!! The stoners making the burritos obviously need to cut back on the pot. Seriously, Ive never seen anyone at any Chipotle that baked and worthless before. I understand Chipotle doesnt drug test but in this location they obviously need to. In all my experience with Chipotle, Ive never once seen such a gross display of trash like this before. So what if its Sunday morning, get your act together!

The crew is very friendly and I appreciate that so I will continue to return to this location even though its further than other chipotles. But almost every time I order online here, they mess up my order or more often its not ready and I wait so long that I might as well have ordered from the line. They make up for that sloppiness by giving generous portions!

Always seems to be clean and efficient when I go. I have seen some comments about lack of ingredients, but seems to occur at the same rate or less than other locations I frequent (Independence and Garfield Heights). They are a bit light in the meat than other locations, but that is fine with me. I dropped a star because seating can sometimes be an issue.

Super slow and awful service. Put in my order for pickup to be ready at 3:30 it is not 3:40 and my order wasnt even started. Now they are making us wait even though we ordered ahead of time. Also they are too busy talking to even focus on the customer and what we want.
