Fresh Pork rinds!!! Local-ish booze. Local ingredients made into excellent dishes. Plates are generous but not oversized, everything we tried was excellent. Wait staff was a bit inexperienced and forgetful, but not inattentive. Did I mention the fresh pork rinds? Pricing was reasonable for the care given to the food prep and ingredient choices.

The for was amazing. Cant stress that enough. The prices for the food are even better. However, we had to wait upwards of 30 minutes and the service was tragic. If go if it was empty.
