This Tim Hortons is not really that much different, food wise, than any other so my issues are actually the problems it does have. For one, it closes at 8pm, which is super early for Tims Hortons. Most I have been to are 24/7. Second, I would say almost every other time I go either the food will be made wrong or things arent available. Ive been when the Ice Capp machine is down, last time I went for breakfast the panini press wasnt working (which they use to press the burritos). A few times my burrito was missing things or even 2 times, they added stuff to it! I would order the sausage egg and cheese burrito and one time they added a hashbrown INSIDE it and another time they added the hashbrown and also onions and peppers. If they would get their act together and actually be open at times you want them open then Id give them more stars. Its not a bad place, but compared to other Tim Hortons, it isnt great

Update: Service has improved dramatically since original 2-star review. ____________________________________ Wife was ridiculously excited to have a Tims open near us... then this particular store happened. Food, coffee, and doughnuts are spot on. Service is terrible. Slow, wrong orders, missing items, or incorrectly made. Gave them a pass at opening, but 2-3 months later it should be up to par. Really hope they turn this one around soon. Will adjust review if things improve.

I just love the everything. The location, the drive thru, its impressive how quick the service is too. We went inside also and sat at the high top tables. The manager was very assistive to my nutrition needs and his name is Brandon. I liked the donuts better than Dunkin Donuts because they were lighter, fluffy and not dense. Impressive that the sandwiches seem to have a healthy approach for people wanting to watch their weight. I also got a Strawberry lemonade. Wow!

Slow, unfriendly staff. Never have anything in stock. Im not talking about late in the day but between 5 - 8 a.m. Theyre not busy so cant blame it on that. Driving a little further out from Maineville to a different restaraunt is worth it.

Went there this morning at 5:30 to get some breakfast and the lady at the front desk was very disrespectful. She very rudely told me that they obviously have no food ready and that she just got there at 5. Not going there anymore.

First time at a Tim Hortons, the cashier was very sweet and helpful. She suggested different options, descriptions of foods and the way they do thinks there. The bagel was doughy, but the donuts and coffee was great!
