My company got screwed by these ripoff artists. Literally. We were charged $136.46 for wood screws on our trailer license plate. The repairs lasted exactly one month and one day. They destroyed the plate. They refused refund. The witch that is supposed to take care of the customers has a nasty attitude, besides the pill popping habit, she was doing it while having the interaction with me. The tech doing the work seems to be either off his Paxil or having a perennial hangover. Terrible service. Call anybody else other than roadcall. Will forward this to their corporate and the local BBB. Update 06/16/15: After emailing this review to their Customer Service and forward to Store Manager, TA management changed their tune and refunded the money. Truckers, dont get taken. Squeeky wheel gets the grease.

This is not the place to go to if you try to be smart with your money. For starters over half of the lot is paid parking for trucks, and if you want to eat here, well good luck. This particular TA has a Popeyes, and like a lot of TA restaurants we come across the prices are absolutely jacked up. A 5 piece chicken tender basket at regular Popeyes restaurants costs $8, yet this Popeyes charges $13 for the same dinner basket. The Popeyes also had three empty pitchers of sweet tea and an empty picture of unsweet tea as well. At the Country Pride there was only one waitress working and she seemed to be too busy yelling at the cook to pay me any attention. If you actually want decent service and affordable prices, Id go elsewhere.

Had a terrible experience. The place was filled with nasty stinky truck drivers, the waitresses were rude and obnoxious, and they they are so greedy that they charge for parking there but dont clean the atore or the lot. The bathrooms were horribly filthy and looked like toilets exploded. The food was crappy and tiny but priced like a fine dining resturaunt. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN OR TO ANY TA TRUCKSTOP EVER. It dlesmt give me the choice or id rare it NEGATIVE 10 STARS. AVOID IT AVOID IT!!!

The food was bad enough we both got sick. Ordered a steak medium and got it RARE! Heard waitress TELING the cook it was underdone and he didnt listen. Didnt pay for it but needed to eat so went back out to truck and had soup. This place had a recent remodel but as for attitude of kitchen staff,you need to overhaul that fast TA!! Bathrooms were clean at least!!

If it wasnt for parking issues this would get 5 stars on this day! Had T-Bone steak and flatbread pizza. Awesome! But the best part was: April, our server, was efficient and polite. She made us feel welcomed. It was like my wife and I were old friends of hers. Glad we decided to pay for parking on this night then look down the road. We enjoyed our dinner!!!

Ordered chicken and dumpings.twenty minutes later they say were out got the goulash. Watered down noodles floating in watery brown substance. ..Nasty nasty. This place is in total spiral down the toilet. I wont eat here anymore. Definitely going in the book of places not to eat

Truckers please dont come over and spend your money on food here customer service sucks especially in the restaurant, long wait time to get your order. Especially at night went to deli nothing is stocked up, this is by far the worst TA ever.

Typical TA. Popeyes, Country Pride. Decent In store specials. Showers. Huge paid parking for us truckers. (Of which I disapprove). Little or no handicap parking for trucks. Staff was alright. Adequate.

Would be alright if over half the lot wasnt paid parking. We pay for enough. 1700 on a Thursday and the lot is full, except the paid parking, of course. 1100 on a sunday and the lot is still full.

Been here for almost 12 hours waiting at the shop to have coolant put in my reefer unit was told it would be a 4 hour wait which has turned into a 12 hour wait maybe even longer this is bull
