This restaurant stole from me. My co-workers and I were in the area for lunch the past week and decided to give this place a try. We came in and saw the seat yourself sign so we did. It took at least 5 minutes for anybody to notice that we were there and even longer before a waitress came over to give us menus. She came back with our drinks a little while later and then took our order. People came in and sat themselves. Time goes by and the waitress doesnt even bother to check on us. After we were there for more than 30 minutes, we saw the waitress bring food to the booth behind us, who had come to the restaurant some time after we did. Two other tables, who also came in some time after us, were served before we were. While we were waiting I happened to notice our waitress checked up on other tables multiple times, but she never checked on us after she took our order. The next time she was making her way to the booth behind us we stopped her and asked her about the food. She said shed go check on it. A few minutes later she came out with our food, claiming that it just finished as she was walking in to check. It was cold and the fries looked and tasted like they had been fried a couple of times. We asked for the check when she brought us our food because we were already late. Even thought the service was horrible and she pretty much forgot about us, I still decided to leave a tip. I have many friends who have worked in the service industry and have learned from them about tipping. So even if the service is not great, I still like to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. The cherry on the top of this horrible experience is that when I was going through and balancing my checkbook, I noticed that the amount deducted wasnt the same as what I had written in. When I calculated it, they changed my 20% tip to a 50% tip. Yep, you read that right: 50%. After reading some reviews today, (before writing mine) I noticed that I am not the only one who got cheated into paying a 50% tip. So if youre gonna give a tip then tip in cash. If you must tip via credit/debit card, I would suggest monitoring your account to make sure youre not cheated. I was going to put this experience behind me and chalk it up to a bad day for the restaurant until I discovered their theft. I understand that there are factors that an establishment cant control. However, changing the tip is STEALING.

I waited 50 minutes for a buffalo chicken wrap w/ ranch instead of blue cheese. Around 40 minutes I asked if it could I could get it to go when it was ready. "Its on its way out right now". 10 minutes later I got it. When I got back to work to eat it, the fries were raw on the inside, I think they fried it just to look normal. My wrap came with blue cheese. So the meal being messed up aside, they didnt accommodate for any of their slowness but gave the excuse they were busy. Busy or not, accommodate for the fact that you took someones entire lunch to make a wrap. If they did a little bit of customer service, I dont even know if I would be writing this. I also like to add, it wasnt that busy... plenty of open seating. So I called up and ask for a manager, not because of the 50 minutes but because the meal was messed up. They could not refund the money, they could only offer me driving back there to have a replacement made. That is your solution? a replacement? The other option was getting a free burger after work since it was the same price as my meal. So this is not actually accommodating for anything, this is replacing what you screwed up and making it seem like you are doing my a solid.

DON"T GO HERE DURING A LUNCH HOUR! Extremely slow service! We came in, unsure if we were supposed to seat ourselves so we just sat down. 5 minutes later someone came with menus. We both ordered water, mine tasted like plastic. The waitress was nice enough to just put a new water in a disposable cup because "sometimes the sanitizer stays in the cup when it gets out of the machine." 5 more minutes go by and we placed our orders. around 40 mins later we asked to take our food TO-GO because we wouldnt have any time to eat. They had the sense to bring our check before our meals were ready so we paid then still sat there waiting. Finally after waiting all of that time and also seeing others wait anxiously and check the time we were out of there with our meals. My Bacon Cheese Burger was not cooked the way I wanted it and it was very much unevenly cooked. It tasted good but definitely not how I ordered it. They also forgot my lettuce and tomato with the burger. The service was bad, the place wasnt too crowded and everyone seemed to have the same issue with waiting too long for their food. I would not go back there again.

I recently went to lunch with a coworker; we chose to sit at the bar; however, we were greeted by the server as we walked in who directed us to sit wherever we wanted. The bartender came right over, was very pleasant and waited on us throughout our meal. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and my coworker raved about his burger. I was a little hesitant to go based on past reviews but since those were old, I gave them a chance and glad we did. It was fine.

Ordered take out. Pizza only had toppings in the center of the pizza, nothing on the outside, we ordered a thin crust so many of the pieces didnt even have a topping on it. Ordered a sandwich w/fries, we got 10 fries, literally, i took a picture, you can count them! I tried to file a complaint but it went on deaf ears! I guess this is the norm.

Service was terrible (4min timed, to greet me). onion rings were inedible, boneless wings were so bad I cringed for each of the three bites I could choke down. Thankfully they brought me fries that I DIDNT order as they were the only items I could stomach...and Im a human garbage disposal! I eat anything. Sorry P21, youre better than this.

If you like craft beer the prices are outstanding as well as the selection . The best service Ive had in a long time. The new menu is great. The spinach dip is the best weve ever had. Definitely will be back .

Was sorry to see Paninis go and this pale replacement in its place. Paninis always had great service and predictably good food made in a timely manner. Service in the kitchen is slow as molasses.

My wife and I went here the waiter took our order when it came time to pay the waiter took a 50 percent tip without my okay then it took 3 days to get it back I wont be back..

Its a paninis, nothing special here. It beats that other place down the road on Canal but that is about it.
