This is a really good location in bridge water falls and has a lot of potential. My first visit to this location was meh didnt really care for it. I have been to multiple locations of cold stone and have always had a pleasant experience. I dont know if this was just the employee who made my ice cream or if its always like this but my friends and I didnt enjoy our ice cream. We bought about 6 ice creams and none of the ice creams were well mixed. If you had coldstone before you know the whole purpose is to have a some nice ice cream mixed on the stone for you. Our ice cream was literally thrown on the stone toppings added and than overlapped once and put in the cup. My peanut butter perfection literally had entire chunks of Reeses cup not even broken up and the peanut butter was just a big glob in the center. So yea not really impressed. Quality is everything in this kind of business if your busy than maintain your quality of your product by hiring more employees. Dont sacrifice quality because customers are paying $6 and upwards for a cup. If a customer respects your business enough to give your there business than I would assume that the business delivers on its product. Thank you.

HORRIBLE. me and my boyfriend went there got smoothies, we both ended up with a BAD stoumache bug, I dont think they clean their fruit in the smoothie. we both got a Blueberry Pineapple smoothie, tasted decent, but we got very sick, threw up, had to drive to walgreens at 10PM get Peptobismol, both had diarrhea also. If Im at least paying for something a bit too expensive, I expect good quality in return, not a stomache bug, ( possibly a poisoning ??)

Horrible service at Bridgewater Falls! I believe one of the store owners work in there so Im not speaking on the staff! I honestly dont think they have any employees because theyre afraid theyll give away too much ice cream... They give very small portions for the high prices you pay and also do not honor coupons correctly! This is the only location close to my house but my family and I will not be back there!

Not very happy with this ice cream parlor. When we asked for extra topping they act like we had 2 heads, they give very little topping. Then they actually charge me for ice cream I didnt even get. They refunded it but what a disgusting atmosphere. We will never go there again. This is not a 1 time occurrence it happened everytime this past summer.

This place was horrible. They rush you to make decisions and ask you over and over what you want. We took 3 kids and it was a horrible. Even the kids said they felt rushed. And then one of the kids had a nat in theirs. Which they remade but still. We will not be going to this one ever again. Paid too much money to have horrible service.

would not honer my stone club coupon said they were not a participating store although they have a display stating customer should join the club to get discounts. Maybe they should also state that they would not honor them. cost me $11.00 and some change for two ice creams what a rip off. Wont be back to this store.

The ice cream tasted freezer burned. And on top of that the manager had the person that served us change the price three different times in front of us. Then argued with her about what we actually ordered. He said he was losing money.. Well he will lose now because I will never eat here again.

It was my first time tonight, my boyfriend took my daughter and I. It started slow, really no wait. They flung it up and into the cup. I thought It was quite tasty. I picked the Founders. It was like a turtle Sunday. Very good. Thank you

They always under fill the cup and if they accidentally give any extra they scrape it off the top. Upsetting and cheap. Every other cold stone purposely overfills a little for the excitement of it. Go to a different location

The people who make ice creams here need to be re-trained. I have eaten at several cold stone places but this is by far the most unsatisfied place. I highly suggest u look for another place

Very different owner and management from the last time we visited. Employees are rude, you get about half the about of ice cream that you used to, and the prices are much higher.
