When you pull into the parking lot you wonder; is this really a restaurant? The building is clean but small, and looks more like a drive-thru or small office than an eatery. But once youre inside, it turns out to be a great little place! Very friendly and attentive staff, with nice, understated decor and plenty of seating for such a small joint (without actually being cramped). Onto the important thing: the food! Good portions and great prices with an extensive but not cluttered menu containing plenty of tempting options. My friends and I had platters which consisted of one meat dish and two sides (your choice of green beans, cole slaw, mac n cheese, etc.) plus a cornbread muffin, which was a nice addition (if a bit on the small side). Platters range from $11 on up which is quite reasonable for the generous portions. For those who want more variety you can choose a platter with two different meat options for $15. The sides and appetizer selection were all great (the kids loved the "mac n cheese bites") I ordered pulled pork without sauce, which was really good if a little dry when ordered that way, but the biggest attraction may well be the carousel of sauces at every table. It was fun to try all the different flavors but I might just order my meat cooked with sauce next time. Still loved it and would definitely go again! (Other main dish options include burgers, subs, "and more"!) Thanks Crossroads:)

Dropped in for their 2-year anniversary special. I ordered 6 smoked wings and the rib appetizer, which is 3 bones worth. Everything arrived HOT. I never had their smoked wings before. They were a real treat! Totally different from the usual deep-fried Buffalo wings. They are cooked in the smoker and they get a lot of char, but I found that I really liked that. Be sure to give the smoked wings a try because not very many places do smoked wings. My appetizer-size ribs were smokey and delicious! A little more chew than I was expecting, which probably means they were slightly under-cooked, but that was fine with me. Id much rather have them slightly under-cooked than overcooked and dried out. They had enough rub on them that they didnt really need sauce. I tried a little of the Kentucky Bourbon sauce anyway but I could hardly taste it since the ribs were so well-seasoned. They didnt need it anyway. Overall my meal was well worth it. This is probably the best ribs and wings around. Much better than City, and better than I got from Fatbacks last week. Lately the pulled pork at Crossroads has also improved to the point where it holds its own. I think their menu ought to be shorter since the barbecue is a lot better than some of the other stuff, and barbecue is where this little place really shines. If you are looking for QUALITY BARBECUE come down to the Crossroads!

My wife and I absolutely love Crossroads BBQ. We came upon them by chance in August 2015 when we were looking for a BBQ place to cater an outdoor wedding for our daughter. Crossroads was the first and last place we previewed prior to making our selection. Jason (the owner) was just getting into the catering side and we decided to give him a go. Wow, did he and his crew ever nail it. The food and the sides were incredible and we received a ton of kudos on how good the food was. Now, whenever we get a hankering for some good ribs, brisket, you name it--off we go--to Crossroads. Last week we shared a full rack of ribs and they were soooooo tender and moist and coupled with their signature Crossroads BBQ sauce, a little memphis sweet, and kentucky bourbon--oh my goodness was it good. And the deal maker is, Jason doesnt offer one good side--nope--not one!! Every single side is incredible! Green beans--really flavored well--hum. Mac&Cheese--best youll find anywhere. Baked beans--sensational. In fact, theyre so good, when were having company over and the meal calls for it, well take home a whole pan of them (and freeze whatever left overs we have). Jason consistently produces a great product and deserves your patronage. Check him out at Crossroads--you wont be sorry!

Im not one to normally write a review and I know our displeasure was already expressed last night but I want to say that as being quite often regulars here and having spent some good amount of cash here that I feel last evening was the worst service I have ever had here.... We were with a group of 8; 4 adults and 4 kids....I know it was a larger group and I understand why the kids food was brought out first, but 2 people had to wait almost 1 hour for their food which I believe was not acceptable. After all that, someones other side was never brought out and forgotten which was not realized until after the fact. After the long wait of food, Im not sure the couple was even offered a discount, which a wait like that at any other place would at least been offered money of their bill. For this being our friends first time there, it was not a good first impression. Also to add when weve ordered take out there is NEVER any silverware included. If I am going to pay a higher price for food when I can go across the street and pay less, I expect the service to be better. After already raising your prices and the experience the last few times, especially last night.... Your going to start losing customers because I know It will be a good long while before I return to this establishment!

Not at all difficult to get to. Right around the corner from Nutter. Started with my game maker/breaker bone in wing. You can deep fry them but DONT. They smoke on site daily w Cherry wood. My best yet. With that being the first impression for my pie hole, I went full boar(no pun intended) on the full rack w two sides, slaw, mac-n-cheese and cornbread muffin. All made on site daily. I didnt need to eat everything I ordered to feel satisfied. Brought home some for another meal. There is a healthy list of libation for your selection. Probably seats 50 cozy in a non glitzy but clean well lighted dining area. Priced right, could call it above median, to me worth it. . Im giving it an earned five star

LOVE THE FOOD BUT LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! LUNCH TIME Approximately 11:20 I was with a party of 3. it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order for drinks, another 15 before we received our drinks and ordered, plus another 30 before we received our food. Calling For Delivery I called 10 times within 30 minutes. no one picked up the phone 4 of times, I went straight to voicemail another 4 times. The first time I got through I was placed on hold, I waited around 8 minutes. the second time I got through I was asked to hold, I said no and was still put on hold. I ordered pizza instead.

Delivers on base ($2 delivery fee). They got my order wrong. I asked for their Sampler Platter (Baby Back Ribs and Pulled Pork), but only got the ribs (half rack). The sweet potato fries were really dry...not tasty whatsoever. The coleslaw was good. The cornbread was very delicious. The ribs were tasty (with Memphis Sweet House sauce), but not tender enough. 3-stars. Second delivery service took 1hr and 30min. They said they were swamped, so fair enough.
