Ive tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt after a few bad experiences. I understand this is a very busy store between the drive thru and walk in customers. Today was the icing on the cake though. The staff is very rude, slow and they seem quite disorganized. My boyfriend, daughter and I approached the counter to order and werent even greeted by the cashier. She just stood there with the most bitter and miserable expression on her face and waited for me to place my order. No "how may I help you" or friendly smile, nothing! Another woman and her son waited in line behind us, the woman had to ask me if we had placed our order because not one of the three staff members that walked past her even greeted her or told her that they would be with her in just a moment. It took 10 minutes to get a medium coffee, medium cider, and small hot chocolate. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. Once we received our food the cashier again didnt say thank you for choosing us or have a great day. Im assuming a worker (Chelsea) was the shift leader for the day because she seemed to be the only one running around doing anything. Very disappointed with the service. Management needs to reevaluate employee standards and customer service appeal. We will not be returning to this location. Hopefully this gets revamped, from other reviews of this location I have seen it seems that other customers are quite disappointed in the customer service as well.

Can there be a 1/2 star? Honestly, even that would be giving this Tim Hortons too much credit. They cannot seem to get an order right for anything. They are the absolute worst one around. The crewmembers there always seem to be these teens that have an attitude from hell. They need to clean house and get ride of most of the staff. I would rather take a crappy cup of coffee and sandwich from 7-11 than to have someone have an attitude and give me the wrong stuff after I pay $7-8 for a coffee and a sub. Ridiculous...

This place is hit and miss. Still way better than any Dunkin D on the planet. Sometimes service here can be really slow, it just depends on the day. Our last visit was super fast despite the drive through being insanely busy. Their sausage egg and cheese bisquit is seriously on point. Sadly you could end up getting an ice cold hash brown with it. The FV Cappuccino is always very good here.

Cashiers/employees were unattentive and using foul language towards each other. They seemed very uneducated and one of them drove away during their shift and came back moments later when their manager stormed (jokingly) and swore some more! They messed up my order and could not figure out how to register a coupon! The food was great, but not the service!

Horrible service. Food is the same as any Tim Horton/Cold Stone. Absolutely no customer service especially from the staff that works evenings or weekends. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place because of the rude service. The only time there seems to be acceptable service is when the manager is there.

The only tim Hortons I go to anymore. Everywhere else seems to have burnt coffee or cant make the iced coffee just right. My iced coffees are always just right here, no so much anywhere else. Lines are sometimes long, but its a busy spot and I go during their "busy hours" so its to be expected.

Last 6 times Ive been here theyve cut me off in the middle of my order (after Ive only ordered one coffee!!) told me my total and expected me to shut up and leave! They always seem annoyed that they have customers. Usually the food is okay and coffee is good.

I cant even begin to tell you how many coffees Ive had from Tims, but I can tell you that they are delicious every time. The food is pretty good too - theyre expanding their menu and offering a lot more than just donuts and bagels. Go! Check it out now!

there drive through speaker is the worst i have to yell and scream every morning too get the wrong stuff in my in my coffee thats exactly what i need in the morning GET IT FIXED its not just me lots of people i know have the same problem

I have ordered iced coffee, half decaf, from this location on dozens of occasions. 80% of the time theres no issue. The other 20% they tell me they dont make it. Its frustrating that they lack consistency in this area. Serve it or dont.

They consistently screw up every cup of coffee and tea I have ordered. I was visiting this location 4 mornings a week. Today was the last day, I dont think I will ever go back. Just dumped $4 in coffee and tea down the drain.

Typically consistent Timmy location. However the addition of Coldstone Ice Cream means you can have Timmys coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings. Do not use chocolate chips, must use the shavings.
