Love Tim Hortons food and drinks! Love the service in the morning. However the service in the evening is often horrendous! The last two times we have went thru the drive thru, service has been terrible. 1st time we waited at window 10 minutes after paying to then be told they didnt have enough chicken for one of our sandwiches and that it would take 10 min to cook. They could have already cooked it since we had waited that long. The girl tried to hand me a iced coffee with the lid not on all the way, I said the lid is not on she just looked at me and still tried to hand it to me. Finally after I said it again she messed with the lid, still not on but running down sides I took it fixed lid and asked for napkins to wipe it off, for which I got a nasty look. Today I thought I would try again...not good again. Couldnt even order and just drove off. I asked for a chocolate cake donut and a large ice tea, then said I want a Italiano bagel meal and before I could say with chips and iced coffee. The guy says so you want a chocolate donut? I say yes and a sweet tea large. He says ok and with the Italiano bagel in a meal. I said no I want the donut and tea and then I want the Italiano bagel in a meal separate, someone else jumps in on the headset and says we cant do that. My friend who wanted the above mentioned food said I cant get a donut and a tea? The started to say something and at this point I just said forget it and drove off and went elsewhere. This location needs to train and have better management in the evenings.

Great people, great food, good prices, but horrible location. During high demand hours, the line wraps around the building and out onto Route 95. The congestion is down right dangerous at times. Donut selection dwindles quick and doesnt get replenished right away so get there early!

Very poor management. Rude. Does not sell low fat milk or offer alternatives for lactose intolerance (as all of the other ones do). Also close super early. All of the others are open 24 hours. Not impressed. Will do Starbucks anyday if I am in Marion.

To starr off with long lines was horrible trying to get in the parking lot and was my first time to Tim Horton just over all did not see anything on the menu worth getting so I just went with a coffee and a donut and it tasted horrible in my opinion

"Manager" was telling and berating employees and running around like an inept idiot. Then said "I can help the next person" then literally walks away from the register. I will be contacting corporate for sure. Worst Hortons experience ever.

Didnt have items that are pretty standard for a Tim Hortons, and then another item, Cafe mocha, kinda thing, was absolutely undrinkable. Horrible. People were nice, service was good, overall experience wasnt great.

Not a very wide donut variety but they seem to be limited by a small showcase. Coffee was good but my extra toasted bagel was barely warm. Id visit again but will check my order before I leave!

They dont seem to have a good way to package their doughnuts for carry out. Mine were chocolate frosting side down in the bottom of a sack. Not impressed.

Best donuts! Girlfriend likes the coffee. Sandwiches are good as well. Dont go on Saturday or Sunday morning, the line is out to the street.
