This place has great food, and was fairly descent in cleanliness, but the service is hit or miss. . . .It seems I found the "Happy" and the "Dragon", lol! There is a lady behind the counter that is, in general, very unpleasant, snarky and seems to have very little patience. She interrupted me several times, and seems highly agitated when I paid for each of the four meals separately, as it was a take-out order for me and several co-workers. I called in at 2:00 pm on Tuesday,and it was ready and bagged up when I arrived, but they hadnt put plates, silverware or napkins in the bags. :( The lady pointed to a counter and said, "Over there, get what you want." :( Seems like a lunchtime take-out order would include all the utensils required for consumption already in the bag, especially in a downtown environment. There is a very nice man here, who is friendly, smiles a lot and seems very sincere. He even helped me to my car, as it was pouring rain, and I was having difficulty carrying the food, a drink and my umbrella. The food was fantastic, and still very warm when I got back to the office.

Only one problem--and the reason I gave four stars instead of five--its not always the best. On different days, for some reason, itll be merely good (or even a little overcooked). But mostly its juicy, tender, very lightly breaded if its breaded at all, but cooked in a rocket-hot wok in its own honey sauce that gives each piece a crispy, crunchy crust on the outside while being flavorful and moist on the inside. Crab rangoon is good too, though you only get four. I dont like pad thai, but people who do rave about Happy Dragons pad thai. Their fried rice is nice and fluffy without being oily, their orange chicken has real orange rind in it (I think they make just about everything from scratch), their dumplings (listed as potstickers on the menu) are good, and for what you pay you get a lot. I dont even order the large, and I still get two meals out of my sesame chicken.

Very rude the lady that runs this place got rude and called me names today on the phone when I tried to place an order for a large kung pao chicken rice and 2 egg rolls. She said I had to order a minimum of 2 meals now I have been ordering from here for 4+ years and never have been told this before. I explained that I had ordered the week before and no one told me this and she called me a liar. The building I work in has 600 people in it and I am spreading the word of your rudeness and unprofessional attitude towards your customers. I will do anything I can to see to it that you lose 600 customers. You will learn not to be rude to people that pay you for a service.

THey are happy you came by. Happy to give you food....good luck seeing how HAPPY you will be when that food runs through you!!??! I dont care for the flavor because its mostly the sauces...not the ingredients...nothing simmered..nothing stewed..so the flavor is on top of the food..not saturated in it. its a meh establishment...they have a captive audience because of local....ill drive 1 mile in the other direction and go there.."ghetto" but DARN GOOD!...Cheers!

The food was edible but Ive had better frozen meals. The high chair for my son took roughly 10 antibacterial wipes before it wasnt sticky anymore and the wipe didnt come away black. They give you tiny little forks that are hard to eat with. It was $21 for two lunches and 2 drinks and I wish I had gone to McDonalds instead.

Pretty bad and upsets my stomach. Gone here multiple times expecting something good only to be mistaken. Every time Ive gone the chicken is limp, fatty, and rubbery. All in all bland and lifeless. I ordered Lemon Chicken and got a breaded chicken patty like Wendys with lemon sauce. Not at all impressed.

Rude.. Not very friendly came in on a Monday @2. There was one group at a table and the female whom took the order was rude. Used the bathroom had to dig the toilet paper out to use it and as I washed my hands realized it was dish soap.. Odds of returning slim Odds of recommending... None.

The service wasnt that pleasant. The ladies talk about the constumers behind the counter. Although, food wasnt that great. They dont put no utensils in the bag. I ordered the generals tsos chicken and its looked like soup, not much chicken. Would never go here again .....

In terms of Chinese food, happy dragon isnt that great. But due to its location it gets a lot of business. The other thing is they dont offer a delivery service, so you have to go there. Prices and portion sizes are good though, and their crab rangoon isnt bad.

Good food and service. My main complaint is that I forgot to grab my to-go box before leaving and called them to explain and that I was heading back to get it, only to find out they had already thrown it away in the 3 mins I had been gone.

Every time I go here the chicken is just not great quality. It is just cheap chicken with Americanized Chinese flavors tossed on top... at the heart of it all its still bad chicken. I dont recommend anything with chicken.

The flavor of the Pad Thai was good. The portion was generous, and the shrimp were pretty big. The only thing think missing was a slice or two of lime and some cilantro. Otherwise, no complaints.

The spring rolls here are amazing! Be sure to not mix this Happy Dragon up with the one in Reynoldsburg or any other ones as they are not affiliated! Great food, great price, great people!

Chicken was overdone, hard, and dry. Wonton soup had a very sour taste to it. Rice was dry. I have ordered the same meal from many Chinese restaurants and this was on the low end.
