First time here, wont be back. Stood for too long while 5 employees 10 feet away were too busy to greet us and seat us. Restaurant wasnt crowded at all, maybe 25% of seats occupied. Waited much too long for server to greet us and take a drink order. Chips and (salsa?) werent good. Chips extra hard and "salsa" was like thick tomato sauce from a can with a few extra ingredients added, but no sign of tomato chunks. Server did not understand when I asked if a side of guacamole served one or two. Language barrier. Food was served and it was average, burrito and fish tacos. The guacamole was the highlight of the whole table, fresh and pretty tasty. Server did not finish as one would expect, offer carry out box, clear dishes, bring check, send us off with parting words like thank you or have a good evening, etc. Next time Im craving Mexican food I will stick with my favorite, Tres Potrillos.

Service was horrible. 2 waiters for 15 or so tables. I ordered the food I usually ordered at their old location and when we were served finally it looked different. I tasted it and it was way way too spicy. We told our waitress who said what do you want me to do about it? She continued to say the owners are cheap and wont give me another meal in the place of the one I had. I asked for the manager as it wasnt like I had eaten the whole thing and said I didnt like it. I had only taken a bite. The manager came over and was very nice and replaced my meal and told the cooks to make it first over the other orders in. Then the waitress came by again and said I was lucky as that never happens. I dont care if you dont like your job or employers but you dont bad mouth them to customers! Food - once I got a dish I could eat- was good. Service on the wait staffs part was deplorable.

I have been a regular here for several years. I usually visit for happy hour. Sometimes I get a full meal and sometimes I get happy hour snacks. I happened to be shopping on my day off close by. I went to the website to check the happy hour times. Website said 2:30pm-7pm. Upon receiving my bill everything was full price and I had arrived after 2:30pm. I brought it up to the server who informed me it was 3pm. The manager said it was 3pm also. They did discount my beverages but not the happy hour appetizer. This website needs to be updated. Too many people use technology now for this kind of thing. If you can not update your hours and keep on top of things like this it creates a bad customer experience. Good bye Fiesta Mariachi I wont be coming back. I really used to enjoy it here, I no longer see the familiar friendly people that used to work here.

We were seated in a timely fashion. The waiter was ridiculous, a complete joke. First, when I asked for more coke, he looked at me like I was an idiot and informed me I had ordered cherry coke. I told him I was aware and that I just wanted more pop. Then, when my girlfriend asked for a side of queso, thinking the dish had nacho cheese on it, he proceeded to inform us that there was queso on it. When we got the bill, he had charged us for extra queso, then tried to argue with us when we wanted it changed. When I tried to pay the check, he asked me if I needed change, which struck me as rude, as though he were assuming he was getting a tip. The food was subpar. Honestly, I have had way better mexican, and at better prices. I dont recommend this dingy little joint to anyone that actually cares about good service.

I was greeted a the door and seated right away. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. I ask for something a little different because Im vegan. They did exactly was I ask. They came back to be sure everything was ok. The place was clean and the employees were not standing around talking to each other or on texting. I will go back! The staff spoke and understood the English language very well. Im not a big fan of their salsa but its ok. The chips are warm and fresh even in the PM hrs. I dont know if they have Wifi or not but if Im eating out with a friend, Im interested in the person Im with; not surfing the web.

This is a 5 star place- unless your server is nayeli. If you get sat in her section- expect to be ignored, have your order wrong, items will not be brought that you asked for, and she generally acts like its a bother to take your order. It kinda hurts me to post this- everytime i have visited the georgesville rd. Location the food and service were great, and tonight the food was great as always- but nayeli really made me feel unwelcome. My usual tip is 25%. I worked food service for 20 years. I know its rough. I left 10% tonight, but it should have been 0%. The cooks deserved 3x the tip for the awesome food, the server deserved nothing.

Order El Tapitio (40), asked for no lettuce. Plate delivered with lettuce but no rice. Ok, it was noisy. Menu description says "smothered in cheese sauce" but there is just a little dab in the middle. I ask for some more sauce and get a $4 charge on the bill. Rice (which I got from my wife) was bland anyway and beans were overly seasoned with onion. Shrimp tacos were good. Lots of cilantro.

The margaritas were great! I enjoy that they have a small and a large size. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very quick. The food came out fast. I ordered an enchilada and taco, my boyfriend ordered a chorizo dish and was much better than mine. Definitely coming back, but Ill order something different than a basic taco and enchilada next time!

Each time we come its a different experience. Sometimes we get great food and service, others we get a ton of upcharges for every little thing and a pitcher left on the table for us to pour our own refills. The later you come the nicer the servers we get are.

Fiesta Mariachi has Great Food!! Great! But go to the Hilliard location. The chef is better and the prices are cheaper due to less overhead. I highly recommend 61A which is Pollo Ranchero! Again it is better in Hilliard but not bad at this location.

Seated within seconds, wait staff was very nice. Drinks were out really quick and the waiter kept up on filling the waters. Tacos are outstanding, by far the best tacos Ive ever had. And the strawberry margarita is very good.

I went to this place with my gf. I made an order and so did she. I paid for my order and so did she. The place added a tip to my bill when i did not tip. They stole money off of my card. How unreal
