A staff member was less than professional and even rude to my friend and I concerning a less than obvious rule about where to walk around the pool tables. The staff member in question did this while we were walking through a largely unoccupied part of the billiards area and decided to yell at us from across the establishment. When she finally approached us to explain the issue, she did so while cursing to make her point. Maybe she was having a bad night, but thats the only reason I can come up with for her to act the way she did, let alone make an issue out us walking through an empty space. Other than this encounter the rest of experience was moderately enjoyable, but it just goes to show that if your staff behaves poorly it can ruin someones night. Keep that in mind.

Me and my friend went to 8ball lastnight we had a blast their lounge is so big they have a kitchen but I dont know what time they close down , they have many pool tables the bar is kinda cute the way they have the roller chairs surrounding it the bartender started to be some what interactive after I yelled to her a couple time but she was cool and I like the fact that she made a drink from one of my screen shot pictures from tipsy bartender..I would definitely recommend this place also they have a smoke patio out front

Called to ask a simple question and was very rudely told she didnt have time to answer questions. If you have someone calling interested in coming to your business, you answer the question thats called customer service. Something this place has none of. Was going to be a first timer and now I will never go here and make sure no friends and family do either.

Im used to pools halls being dark and dirty places, but Family Billiards is quite the opposite. Its brightly lit, clean and a great place for a game of pool. In fact, its not a bad place for a date either. I would suggest starting your date next door at The Pig & Whistle. Have some food, a few beers and then head over here for a few games on the tables.

Amazing food, awesome staff, affordable drinks, great play space. I love coming here to hang out with my friends and just have a good time. Even though Ive moved farther away, I still make it a point to come to the 8Ball at least once a month. Most of the waitresses know me by name and they know what I drink. How about that for service?

Food, drink, sports on tv and pool - who could ask for more? Intimate table spacing will have you moving furniture and interacting with other players frequently. Fast cloth, light cue balls and big pockets make it a wild ride. Staff is awesome!

I like the set up and how spacious it is with all the pool tables. What I dont like is the bartenders. They come off rude and if you just walked in and sit there and dont say anything, they wont even notice you and will serve other people.

This place is great for pool games. Since it is a pool hall, a lot of people here take it seriously. But if you are looking for a place for some casual games with some friends, this place is really nice.
