Servatiis has amazing desserts and its a place we love to visit. Unfortunately, today Erica was extremely rude. We walked in and ordered at 1:23. Servatiis closes at 2:00. She automatically started bagging our order. We told her it was for here. She said they were closing at 2:00. We promised her we would be quick. Erica, takes our bag and throws it inside the trash and angrily slaps down four plates while grunting. "I cant believe this, we close soon." She was extremely rude and experience unpleasant. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I was at the shop for a wedding cake tasting. Everything was amazing, from the quality of the cake to the fun decoration options, to the great customer service (we meet with a woman named Sue). They even have a bunch of Styrofoam examples of layer sizes to help you visualize your custom cake, which we found very helpful.
